Julia, Your such a love, and I always learn a new little tip or trick from you each time! Thank you for taking time to share your talents with all of us!
Ahhhh, so nice, i came home from work, tidy-up my things and a video from Julia was waiting for me. Thanks Julia for your video. What pottery does for you it does for me as well. I feel always relaxed when i did something with clay that means watching a tutorial or kiln unload from you as well. 👋 ♡ Sheila From over the pond 😉
Thank you Julia, great tutorial and fantastic tips. Yes it's amazing that pottery can be so rewarding and give us a purpose. I am in my happy place when I'm in my studio 🥰
Thank you! I feel confident I could make some molds for bowls now! I would love to know how to make plaster texture molds and how to make a damp box sometime. Thanks again for the lovely tutorial!
You can put feet on if you are using them or tap them to but a flat base on but these are for moulds so I don't want them to be flat. I have a tutorial out next Wednesday for how I use the big mould I show 😊
Great tutorial. I was only just recently looking at a set of old copper bowls have. Small medium and large, I will definitely make moulds out of them. I love using moulds to either slump or hump the clay to make bowls. Once you have bisque moulds it's so easy to make vessels from them. Happy potting
Julia I think All of us Potters talk to ourselves when we are in our studios sheds doing our Pottery And it’s not because we are crazy I think it’s because it helps us not to feel so alone in our studios A very enjoyable tutorial this morning Keep up the good work you are a joy to watch as I have said before

I like how you, 'make do' since you do not have a slab roller. You have found a way! Great tutorial, Julia!❤
Thankyou Audrey, I have a small slab roller but want to show that you don't need one ❤️

Great tutorial ❤ perhaps next one could be a dot bowl 🎉
Thankyou, dot bowls are on my list 😊
Roll clay out between 2 pieces of fabri, makes it easier to pick up, line your pot with guaze then it doesn't slip around
Thankyou for your advice Margot, I have a slab roller but just wanted to show how I sandwich the clay to get the right shape 😊
