`She is my daughter and I love her`. This is so important. Parents, always show how much you love your kids. This helps them feel safe about being human and fight to achieve their true potential. This is what makes life worth living: respect, tolerance and the acceptance that what makes us tick does not have to make others tick. to each his own.
They love these objects, because the object can never contradict them, never tell them they were wrong, never become disappointed with them, never become angry or stressed after a hard day at work. the women are in total control. like in the 1st vid, the lady said she broke up with Lance. she didn't have to worry about him 'cheating' on her or anything. weird sense of security. just sad they feel they can only get this from objects.
Josephine Krenitsky To individuals with their mental faculties intact yes. But to the thousands of NUTJOBS who used to be in asylums, NO. Now 100% psychopaths roam the streets, run banks, are gov't officials and become police officers.
+Johnny ha. that's actually the one part i get. this is the funniest thing i've seen in a while, but love of architecture can certainly run deep enough to mourn the towers more than the people. (Not sexually!) Not to be cold, but just to be clear - thousands of people die all the time, in tragic or normal circumstances, but buildings like that, each detail, will be appreciated for a long time. It's part of the fascination with the tower stories.
Human 'warmth' is deceptive. They can be warm to the touch and yet so cold in spirit... an object, perhaps, can be cold to the touch and yet warm in 'spirit.'
What puzzles me is when they think the buildings have actual thoughts. Like when she said to Erika that 10001 Nacht is looking forward to meeting her. & when Erika says to the Empire States building, I'll let you both be alone together.
Thats what Objectum Sexuality is. These people believe that these objects are real beings with feelings. They feel the object communicates with them. You don't understand it because you have relationships with humans. These people feel these objects are their partners x
@@melissawright1979 Thank Melissa. That's interesting. Still, they state specific words and thoughts coming from the objects, how can they hear those actual words? It's made up in their minds.
That Nisho has been through a LOT of shit!!! It really horrified me when she explained it all, and I actually can't blame her for turning to inanimate objects for love, the poor woman!
It was on 'My Strange Addiction', some guy named Nathaniel, I can't find his last name. He has a number of cars and sometimes he'll just get in the mood and... well, you know.... with his CARS! O.O
i think the women pick big monuments because everyone has an attachment to them, so it's a way to make people associate with the women. the public loves the Eiffel Tower and Twin Towers. The Berlin Wall has deep significance to people. you have to love them. also, they're objects that people have to acknowledge because they're so big and nationally important, so the women feel the public indirectly acknowledges them every time they see the monuments.
exactly. even a cat or a dog can become huffy with you, or annoy you by being a bit of a bother by leaving mess all over the place. but these objects never do anything like that. They want to be loved totally, fully and completely, and not have to do or say anything they may not want to, or run the risk of being 'rejected'. it's kinda selfish as well, but I suppose there's worse behaviours in the world.
Have you watched the video? The daughter in this case is not a kid. She is a grown up. Old enough to take responsibilities for her own decisions. Also, how is doing what she does harmful to anyone or herself? These women are not jumping off a bridge. They are doing the bridge.
Not really, A lot (not all, but a lot) of people with Asperger's just tend to not care as much as most neurotypicals about cleanliness or fashion or weight. Some well known actors and models have Asperger's
Thank you. It's always nice to talk to aspies who have had success with romantic relationships. And you're right, finding platonic friends who accept me 100% is quite difficult. Luckily I have been relatively lucky in that sense, but they are all girls. I'm a girl, and I find socializing with males to be impossible. Probably cuz I went to an all-girls school for 12 years...
i am moderatly ausdtictic ( and proud to be who i am ), and i have mutlptle cognative dd chanllegenes alogn with that, i have comfort objects i carry with me at all times, btu DAMN, IM NOT THIS FAR !!! LOL my comfort objects no different then a lil kid with there comfort object security blanket---- ITS NOTHIGN sexual,... wow after seeign this i can no longer be counted as weird LOL
I think these people were never loved properly by people or feel that people will hurt them so they developed an attachment to objects that are not alive and because objects don't have the ability to say hurtful things to things and objects will never leave them. Its a fantasy world that creates comfort and predictability.
Nice job, director. Does filming the caged birds imply that Amy and her family, too, are in a cage?? There are subtle, leading aspects to this film... where they lead is not pleasant. They seem to tell you what to believe about these people.
I have aspergers, and it is extremely difficult connecting with humans. It has taken me 18 years to be decent at socializing, and I will always struggle. BUT OMIGOD I AM NOT AT ALL ATTRACTED TO OBJECTS. Yeesh. I am definitely heterosexual, although I have never felt the need to be in any kind of relationship. I'm only 18 though. :p I hope no one starts to think, "oh, all people with aspergers must be incapable of connection with humans; only animals and objects." So not true.
in this video they say all os are women. but, there is at least one man... he is in a relationship with his car. he does not seem to know there is a term for his relationship. if you search on youtube for "my strange addiction car" you will find an episode of a man in love with his car. I thought of this doc right away when i saw it.
Why isn't she keeping her body in shape for the objects in her life? They have regularly scheduled maintenance, I'm sure. You have let yourself go, Margaret!
@MrRatchakay I saw that one actually it was very interesting, but I'm wondering more about the emotional aspect I mean the men in My Car Is My Lover (in my opinon) seemed to be using the cars for sexual reasons alone these women have an emotional connection with the objects and are in love with them

weird sense of security. just sad they feel they can only get this from objects.
Most people mourn over the deaths of the people who died in 9/11. She mourns for the towers the planes destroyed.
People are more important than objects.

The spastic dance at 9:22 is one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time.
That's cruel. You sound like an asshole.
I live in NY. I burst out laughing when the narrator said "seductive structures".
Human 'warmth' is deceptive. They can be warm to the touch and yet so cold in spirit... an object, perhaps, can be cold to the touch and yet warm in 'spirit.'
Im on that weird side of the internet....
Go to the deep web and you will see you are not yet.
@@DrewPicklesTheDark How?
"My entire life I've always had some kind of object close by" OH THAT EXPLAINS IT
That doll part, though.
These chicks should become architects.
Amy's mother also has a bit of a screw loose if you ask me x
What puzzles me is when they think the buildings have actual thoughts. Like when she said to Erika that 10001 Nacht is looking forward to meeting her. & when Erika says to the Empire States building, I'll let you both be alone together.
I guess it uses the same part of the brain as the religious use for prayer.

amys mother with all those dolls is creepier then the Object sexualism if you ask me ;-/

I don't know how an OS person can be sane period.

Omigod those dolls freaked me out:/
America has failed as a country at this point
technically it started in sweden
Something happened some point in their life..... that made them this way. Everyone of us is looking for comfort....
Forever Alone.
how can you be in love with the berlin wall? what next a concentration camp?
Cheers for this
How the fuck is this harmelss? This is the stuff that serial killers are made of! They need help!
What's with the haunted carnival music at 6:26? I felt bad, but I was almost laughing...
I fell in love with a cake. The cake was a lie.
Omg that was even creepier than part 1

'Mam, move away from the building!'
Actually it's spelled "eintausendundeine Nacht", he is German, don't be so rude.
Very good point!
so what if two women love the same object? Will they fight over it?
In part 4, 01:32 she says OS people believe in Polygamy. (Erika goes to visit the other woman in love with the Berlin Wall also).
Three words. Crazy cat lady.
Is it odd that I am mad that they aren't monogamous with their objects? What the hell...
She is my dauther and i love her. 💔

Kamala could use her as a DEI hire. 😅
this isn't even strange by NYC standards
i love that hat tho
Amy's mom was pretty awesome about all that.

25 years old living at home playing video games while unemployed is more likely.

The dolls are the creepiest dolls ever
with that attitude - probably a good thing.
November 9th 1989 must of been the worst day ever for the guy who loved the Berlin Wall.
I think the narrator is also slightly condescending, but that's the brit style. :)
Ride on the love train that's what I mean! :D
@Xen8 THIS IS A TRIUMPH.
@SnappleFactoids agreeed, theres weird, and then theres... WWEEEEIIIRD !!!

its like watching a horror movie ! D:
Well fuck, you want to love a building? Love a building. I don't get it, but it doesn't hurt anyone else.
@DekayDub they are just polyamorous, as long as all the objects know about each other and the women are honest :)
Who made this documentary and why? Is anyone helping these people?
bruh those annabelle dolls
Dat glass.
1:57 That's a woman?!
Apparently...
IVAN god damn her name is Amy
I'm glad that the twin towers gave Amy the courage to go on...hang in there girl ♡
Did any one notice that she skipped over the word Carousels (not judging) just pointing it out
This is a Monty Python sketch, right?
I try to be open minded, I really do. But this is one thing I just cannot understand. I don't condemn, but I don't understand.
@DekayDub Yup.
Does anybody know the name of the techno-style song that is paying at the end where 1001Nacht is spinning?
Why isn't she keeping her body in shape for the objects in her life? They have regularly scheduled maintenance, I'm sure. You have let yourself go, Margaret!
9:22 onwards. I peed
i dont think its either...
@MrRatchakay I saw that one actually it was very interesting, but I'm wondering more about the emotional aspect I mean the men in My Car Is My Lover (in my opinon) seemed to be using the cars for sexual reasons alone these women have an emotional connection with the objects and are in love with them
Well her mother seems nice
What has the world come to smh

lmao me too!
Very disturbing, especially the dance scene fucking hell man...
I am scared...
@JyginsGreenBird
Agreed.
Very Very Disturbing!!!!!
that song a the end please someone tell me?
i actuly like it :D
That doll scene was absolutely terrifying. The only thing that made it remotely better was that the dolls were freaking hot.
9:22 lol
9:22 hahahaha oh wow
i dont think they know what love is....
There's actually a man that is in love with his cars (and one that's in love with his sex dolls)
Oh dear 3:58
Du o jag båda O.O
@LeoandLamb They're humping fences, not stabbing children
@devilshomie some guys from some other documentary called My Car Is My Lover are totally in love with... well yeah their cars.
hahahhahaha you're crazy
Might as well be a video from The Onion.
@InsanePorcupine There are men who are in love with dolls- I think that's the same thing.
@LeoandLamb As long as their not fucking my fence or my car without my permission, I don't really care. They're not hurting anyone.
