i think witchs should be first if you dont pvp much.. if you pvp then hourglass.
witchs is best for pve'ers. (goblin/fey/trials)
hourglass is best for pvp'ers.
after that, the others are situational and can be broken down into 2 categories.
survivability vs dps.
if you find your team is dying too fast.. then get an artifact that helps with sustainability (healing/shields)
if you find your team has good sustain but isnt doing enough damage then get an artifact that helps boost a teams dps or a specific hero dps.
DPS artifacts are usually dependent on the dps type whereas healing artifacts can be used by all.
be careful as there are some legendary have a equivalent epic but are a little superior.
vile == fan
mirror == blessed camel bells
if my opinion, the longer your survive the more dps you can do... i go with survivability artifact for my heal/shield.
I do not like the idea of getting the affinity legendary artifact. unless you plan on keeping the same main team from season to season. when you are NOT a whale, you have to plan ahead on how to spend your legendary tokens.. if you even get any. case in point. you are rolling a Radiant main team this season and you spend a legendary token on radiant specific artifact. what happens when decide next season u want to roll a main poison team.. that radiant artifact stays there.. better to pick an artifact that can be used by any affinity on any team for all seasons.

Agree, the dmg you get from WR is insane.
Solar King Horn, on furbath is broken, in vortex u get 15% damage bonus on all allies, 100% uptime..just crazy

how do you feel about devs making krakens even stronger and gap between f2p / low spenders vs whales way bigger with inspiration changes ? now whales can go over 5* inspiration on their lego heroes.....
The whales are playing an entirely different game. They can just out tank, out DPS all content no strategy needed. It wouldn't matter if everybody wasn't competing against each other for resources.
@@JohnSmith-fx2mz yes thats true but at same time devs are killing average spenders and dolphins... they are sending the message that u either play as f2p or super low spender with monthly cards or whale like no tommorow coz anyone in between will regret spending, u will not have any chance in pvp vs krakens
@@hasahyo3762 Right, yeah that's what I mean by competing for resources, PVP, the Alliance Battles, Vortex, the events, all of them reward whales making the gap between them and F2P/Dolphins even further. They should have ranked servers or something to separate people. Not just Kraken feeding farms.
Very useful video. I just got my 3rd leg duplicate and I am trying to decide about purchasing a 3rd leg artifact or empowering my leg damage dealer Garett. Any thoughts on that topic?
I have many epic artifacts and I wish they would give us more shards to upgrade them.. I basically took the eyeball to 20 today and that's it I can't upgrade the other ones for probably another week

the thing is that eventually we can use only 5 for our best team in each dungeon....so which ones are the top 5 overall depending on the team of course? Are the legendary ones for tank better that the rare one???...Also the queen's fan is better than the epic i believe because it may increase damage less but it doesnt stop critical hits so....
