Yes, you using one of the colds keyboard (Ensoniq ASR10) on the planet today, made from the Apple and Mac platform. The Ensoniq ASR brand only company to do that way to full. Also, its sample at rate 30 khz gave it a great playback sound. The clearer and cleaner samples are, the less processing you have do on the ASR10. Having the samples the way you want them from the start. Helps you creating your music faster and it's save on memory. Comment from Ensoniq Keyboardist from Pocket Filled Records team.
The MPC seems a lot faster to record and assign samples. But that extra time with the ASR gives some great texture to the beats I seen produced with it.
Great stuff Fam! Appreciate the shoutout! Them chops you picked we’re Madness! 🔥🔥!.. by the way with all The classic gear you worked with how did you feel about the EPS 16 plus?...
These old samplers wil never be obsolete...
That asr 10 is next on my list 💯

If I record stereo and pitch the asr pitches only one side. Is there an option to connect both sides and pitch each at the same time?
Peace. I love how the Ensoniqs let you chop a sample without using more ram
Yea I think is the only machine that allows you to do that !

I would just sample into the ASR 10 then dumb into the computer reverse flow

he's not even chopping with the asr, just sampling each chop from the computer into it
banging the hell out of those buttons! that thing must be built solid haha
Chop it old school on the ASR-10 faders, by ear, from vinyl. Forget Skynet.
Can you sample in stereo?
@Dj Rock hey bro would you trade a mpc x for ASR 10? I might have the opportunity to do that
You are telling the truth what ever you sample into the asr10 came out sounding 10 times better
Did you assign c4,c5,c6 for each sample?
Each sample is on it own key
@@DJROCKCEEENTERTAINMENT can you add different effects for each sample?

The EPS plus is great but I don’t use it as much my brotha. I like the EPS classic and ASR10 more.
