Imagine a spacewalking feature, where you can exit your ship in space and get materials. Maybe there could be an upgrade to your exosuit that protects you from space, and you need it to gather valuable resources (storm crystals in space essentially). What I would also like are mid-tier ships. Essentially what I mean is a portable base in your ship. You know those huge ships that have tons of dead space? Let us make a base in there! It would be so cool.
That's exactly what I feel is missing from the current game. I want to be able to leave my ship in space and fly around. And some of the larger ships like Haulers, let me actually walk around inside them so that they feel like all that space is used. Maybe have those larger ships have extra seats for other players, and they can fire turrets or something from them. Basically, some of the things from Empyrion that I wish were in this game.
The ideas on this comment thread should be given to the devs so we don't have to find glitches for that and the ship upgrade y'all mention would be so nice and couple more thing to make it slightly more co-op I feel like when I play with my friend we just know we in the same system just not working together unless we do missions from the anomaly

4:00 "you can really lose the lottery" Me taking the first freighter I saved, a 5mil freighter, then a few systems later being offered a 129million freighter . . .
That's guaranteed, basically. On your fifth warp, a space battle occurs where you can rescue a small freighter. Its class can vary like starships based on the wealth of the system. But if you turn it down, after you've warped another five times and played for at least three more hours, the game will spawn a space battle guaranteed to let you rescue one of the two big freighter designs. Do so in a wealthy system and hard-save before you travel there and you can reset to get the design you like in S-class. Again, the freighter from this battle will be offered to you for free as long as you don't already own a freighter.
Spawning on Space Stations happens just as fast as anywhere else. Once you arrive on the Space Station and get out of your vehicle make sure you keep your camera pointed to open dock bays where the ships enter and exit the station. Turning away from the opening to the side will pause the spawning of ships. Just head to the back of the landing area, like shown in this video and wait. The game will check for an open slot every 4 seconds. If one is open it will send a new ship to fill it. It'll keep doing this endlessly so you only need to wait until the ship you want to buy finally arrives. Follow what he said in this video about what type of of systems to go to for the best ships to spawn. Make sure to bring at least 12 million credits to buy a ship but if you want something truly good bring about 50 million credits if you can.
i mean people litteraly exit the ISS all the time. and, while they havent mined or done anything to external objects yet. I appreciate these tips, but I'd really love an in-depth tutorial of ship hunting. I know getting coordinates is popular these days but I want to do the exploration myself but I don't really understand the best way to search for ships.
Find a wealthy vykeen system (my theory that I have no evidence for is the opulent is the best) and try to find an area that has 2 trading posts in relatively close distance. Then summon your freighter if you have one right above one of those trade terminals. And also build a base there with some landing pads. This is how my home base is setup and its a constant swarm of ships flying everywhere. I've gone through multiple S class fighters. Also, keep an eye out for ultramarine planets with the crazy storms, they seem to produce exotics and squidships for me.
Also it helps to make a manual save and reload the game at the location. Also you can identify the class and slots of a ship through your scanner mode thing.

There is one other way to change the portal interference to be able to build bases or warp after using the portal. It requires using the Save Editor and editing the save file. Open the Save File, under the Edit drop-down click Edit JSON. Under PlayerStateData, scroll down until you get to OtherSideOfPortal and click it. On the right hand side it will say true. Change that to false, click out of OtherSideOfPortal and answer Yes when it asks if you want to save, close the JSON, and save the Save Editor. Now you can build bases, use warp, etc. When Hello Games does a major update this gets changed back to true, so be aware to check it after updates.
i dont understand the portal interference thing havent played the game in a while so. is it like when you enter a system with a portal you can't use the portal in the space station or is it when you use the portal on ground that it creates a portal interfernce
Love these videos thank you for the valuable information. I had no idea the search for ship types depended on the dominant race in a system. Now I know to search for the best fighter types in vy'keen galaxies.

Looking into getting this game. My buddy and I are looking for a game game to really grind on. We lost half of our life’s playing Ark, Red dead, Borderlands. So we’re looking into this? Can anybody give me an idea how what the replay value of multiplayer aspect of the game? Is truly a lengthy full experience for multiple players that could have depth like arc or can you just walk around with a buddy? Any info would help, thanks!
The game can allow for people to build bases together, but it's finicky and limited. As for being together, you can see another player and interact without joining just by going to where they are; you can also join them and make a "group" which allows for more synchronized gameplay. The main aspects of the game, however, should be enjoyed in singleplayer.
As far as portals go I have a base right next to my portal and I just teleport there and run to the portal module. Maybe it’s a bug but I definitely can teleport to my portal base.
Since it's not possible to build anything in outer space, it would not be possible to build on asteroids. I already tried it with building a tower up high into space. And you can only build as long as you are inside of a planet's atmosphere. So, you can only build as far into space as you can reach from the atmosphere of a planet.

@@CymruJedi but then you scrolled the comments and commented ? What a douche you are lol
You call solar-systems galaxies too!
My nephew does this and I have no idea how it happened.
Fantastic man. I love your videos dude
So you’re a Raid Shadow legends sponsor? Name every sponsorship.
Great vid. Why would you wanna land on an asteroid though? It's so volatile
Is this gameplay on Xbox one or steam or for both I need to know because I’m playing no mans sky for Xbox one?
very helpful! thank you
Could asteroid hoping or frigate hoping be used to raid those derelict freighters in space?
Pretty cool stuff man, love your vids as always
Gotta love/hate how half of this comment section is about Khraze getting sponsored by Raid Shadow Legends lol
How you do that quick dash with your jet pack? That animation is nice. My character doesnt do that.
When I first started I tried landing on the astroids to mine them with the multitool
1:28 raid ad skip
Is it possible to get rid of the line things that come out of your engines in the game or is it not possible?
Fun fact space station and anomaly have the same exact tool in one system.
Already knew you could fly in space because I tried jumping off once and I died and found you dont lose anything or break anything so I tried flying to an asteroid and i got the capital ship from doing epic parkour
I made a base next to a broken hauler spawn and i have claimed and scrapped it about a dozen times for 9,000,000 units so far.
Man I want no man sky so badly
60% off from g2a
@@iamlee100 don't recommend that shitty website. You can easily get scammed or straight up have the game deleted from your account if they realize it's not a legitimately bought code.
Also g2a is pc only I think
@@TheSCPStudio . If I want to buy game codes sourced from retailers that buy them using stolen credit card details. That's up to me. Don't tell me what to do with my life. .
@@didyouexpectaname4398 Yeah but as far as I know NMS is cheap on all platforms atm :) ^.^
Very nice!
I just got the living ship. I had to pay 10k nanites to trade ships. Is this what happens for every ship exchange? I need more info on these
i haven't done a lot of scrapping, but 2 star systems to me seem to spawn ships faster, i mean i was scrapping in a 2 star system, then i finally found a 3 star and the ships came in slower and they weren't any higher ranked ones either
No mans sky is getting an Update and I hope it will make the good really good again
I couldn’t understand what he said at 5:09. Can anyone tell me what he said?
"When you have the egg upon you"
Ah I was wondering how there were player bases all over the living ship system that you go to in the portal.
I thougt you only can get a living ship by buying it for quicksilver. What is this mission he get‘s from the other living ship infront of him?
Im glad they got rid of the portal thing. I had a game save from 3 years ago but I deleted it. I wanted to visit the old systems and live back in them you know? Now I can.
You sounded like you read the ad right off a script and failed to be enthusiastic about a game you don't even enjoy. They paid you around $1000- $3000 for that most likely
they do get a script to read with little to add their own
Maybe thats the reason why
@@GamerSJII I'm saying like he didn't even try to cover the fact he was reading a script. It was like hearing a middle school kid read his essay.
Noob question here: how do you get rid of multitools you dont like? I use only 1 multitool bc my other 2 are crap but everytime I have an opportunity to get a new one, I'm holding my best multitool and I don't want to lose it :/ any help ?
Swap to the crap MT 1st, buy a new one which will replace the crap one with your newly purchased one :)
GDLux bruh Cool, thanks man. I think I’ll check it out
If you jump off an asteroid will the closest planets gravity pull you towards it or what happens?
If you find a base after a portal you can go to it from the big teleporter in the Anomaly
Raid is really sponsoring everyone dude
can you build a base on asteroids?
As far as portals go I have a base right next to my portal and I just teleport there and run to the portal module. Maybe it’s a bug but I definitely can teleport to my portal base.
I am so sorry it got to the point you needed to get sponsored by raid shadow ledgends
As long as he makes good content we are fine
2:50 Does that mean you can build on asteroids too ?
Since it's not possible to build anything in outer space, it would not be possible to build on asteroids.
I already tried it with building a tower up high into space. And you can only build as long as you are inside of a planet's atmosphere. So, you can only build as far into space as you can reach from the atmosphere of a planet.
Thumbs up !!! nice quick info , _high Marks_!!
Where do i get the ship you're using?
I wonder if you can put a base terminal on the asteroid
If you go in creative you can drop down to a planet from a frigate as well
Im waiting for a pirate update which will add space pirate guilds you can join etc etc.
Could you build on an astroid?
First time hearing about this raid shadow legends game looks really interesting guess I’ll be a phone gamer now
I did jump off of a frigate one time
I didn’t land on an asteroid though, just died
Everytime I saw Raid sponsor, i just goes skipskipskipskip
The thing about game videos is that every major update to the game makes them all obsolete.
You have the exact ship I've been looking for
2:03 I did this once but I did it over a planet and land back on the ground
