If you've seen as many interviews of him as I have, I'm sure anyone would agree that Nuno could actually make a living as a stand-up comedian. He's so great in improvising funny stuff to say and always so non-chalant no matter if he's on camera or in radio.
@julieannlevine Yes, the face of an angel. Odd, isn't it? We all have hair, eyebrows, a nose, mouth and lips, and two eyes. However did his get arranged so beautifully as to take my breath away everytime I see this video. He just turned 44 a few weeks ago, and he still looks super fine.
I agree that the questions are quite out there but of course she could've asked questions that everybody asks him. I'm proud as a finnish that she came up with something special, though weird. Oh I just noticed this has over 16 000 viewers. Thanks to all watchers.
I think he means that being the youngest of 10 children was hard at times. I mean I have only one older brother and we used to wrestle and he used to tease me all the time. Imagine having 9 older brothers and sisters :)

I remember reading this guitar magazine interview back in the day and it started with the words "Soft-spoken and shy..." and I was surprised by this considering his energy on the stage. But Gary's the same. Even though he jumps around the stage, when he's off stage, he seems like a different person.
So funny, he has to think about his age before saying it !! Like " Humm... how old am I already ?". I can not help but laugh every time I see this interview. I would like it to last longer to see how much more bullshit Nuno can answer ! Ahahahahh !! You're right Nuno : of course you're a good person, you're definately the best ! :-)

@hellraiser7974 This is not to discredit Nuno's playing ability, but if you take away his tapping, he is a bit limited imo. Whereas you take away Marty's sweeping and he still has a ton of skill left. His fingering is more intricate and has more melodic control when he plays fast. His use of arpeggios and playing off the relative key for instance. What you said about Nunos albums I could just as easily say about Rust in Peace, Dragon's Kiss, Loudspeaker, and Speed Metal Symphony. Effing CRAZY.

@hellraiser7974 They can both do things the other can't. Marty is amazing with sweeps and even better with melody(especially exotic lead playing), vibrato/bending and his improvisation kills. They're both very creative and original though. Nuno is great with tapping and is a really strong rhythm player, but it's unfair to say he's better than Friedman. Friedman isn't just a 'good' player. He's downright gifted as hell. I love Nuno but no one is going to convince me he's 'better'han Marty.
Is he a christian or does his words "God is love..." concern only a phrase? In one of his songs he puts Jesus at the same level like the comicfigure Superman...? From Gary i know he is a deep believing christian.
Nuno is the shit and he tends to have a great sense of humor... too bad the person that's holding the interview is very uptight! He must have felt uncomfortable!
