No one mentioninh the classic lighting was in the mobile version Anyway (i havent seen the whole vid as of when writing this) im not sure if this issue still exists but theres one issue with classic lighting in san andreas where San Fierro and Los Ventures had their own lightning in the original but in de they just use Los Santos lighting
Interesting. I was never aware of it being in the mobile version, as I've never played the mobile version. Also, weren't aware SF and LV had their own lighting. They may not have their own seperate lighting in DE, but it's still a massive upgrade regardless. Thanks for the new information mate.
@Alfredo7272_ im pretty sure im the ps2 game san fiero was supposed to be more blueish while los ventures is probably similar to los santos but not as extremely orange or something. I played the mobile versions of botb og and de of sa so idk exactly the colour tones of the map are
god dam 3 years? i really had to google that, it did not feel like it has been 3 years already my god time flies, P.s As of now the switch did not get any update yet.
No, Grove Street Games is not responsible for the update. In fact, GSG got kicked out of the project some time after TDE got released. They hired a new studio which also ported TDE onto mobile and now they're working for the PC & Console versions.
*I downloaded the update for VC on Xbox One and they removed the Depth Of Field option 😭 something about the game just looks off now....and everyone has this weird fruity walk animation* 👎
It's not just a visual update. I noticed that the optimization and performance is MASSIVELY improved as well. I have an RTX 4070 graphics card, which is able to run RDR2 at 4k resolution with the maximum graphics preset. But before this new update, the performance was pure dogsh*t playing the Definitive Edition titles at 4k with maxed out graphics settings. I had to lower the resolution to 1440p and lower a few graphics settings. That was the only way I could get the games to stay above 60 frames per second. But now, I'm playing Definitive Edition at 4k resolution and completely maxed out graphics settings, and it has no issue staying well above 60 fps. And the frame times are basically perfect. It's consistently smooth. Not a stutterfest like before.
The damage is already done on this shitty collection No amount of patches will never fix what should have never been a problem if rockstar actually cared about their 20+ year old games
This is how the games looked on PlayStation 2 back in the day, the original xbox versions had higher textures but San Andreas on both consoles at the time has the orange haze but it wasn’t as bad on the original xbox.
Shows that the new studio behind the update cares about the og games more than rockstar and gsg
Actually Grove Street games doesn't have anything to do with this title anymore, Rockstar completely got rid of them
Rockstar Games didn't even worked on it in the first place, they always hire other studios
@@cthulhucultist8872 Didn’t u read
Isn't it R* who work on it this time?

If they fix the workout mechanic to be like the old Console/pc version where you have to tap both O and X..
Then thats a big maybe...
I didn’t mind the current one. Maybe rockstar should have options for original and modern controls for the workout gameplay.
crazy difference, now i might buy it
dont. it still has issues
Hopefully you can pick it up quite cheap considering it's 3 years old now.
Is it for the ps4 version also?
@@pixelchomis5773I’m not sure if it’s out for all platforms yet

They fixed that, in the console and pc version, also the sandstorm in las venturas is better, and the volumetric clouds
