I just don't know what gets me to listen to these Western and Pirate Songs. I guess Antti makes really good songs. Man, I gotta say that I just love these songs, they actually seem to impress me everytime.

I've been a silent follower of your work for some time now. Always loving your productions.
Especially for role playing.
Today, I was Vignis Thorstein, battling pirates that held captive children destined for slavery, including Ela, the little girl I had such a good connection with. Amidst the chaos, one false move from the father of one of those children who accompanied us provoked the death of Ela at the hand of that wretched captain.
Fueled by rage, I discovered a sleeping mystical power, engulfing myself in flames, destroying the captain, the ship, and the body of Ela altogether, with this theme playing the whole time. The other children are saved, the captain is ashes, but Ela will never roam free as a hunter as she dreamed of. I'll bear this mark forever, as a sigil of what has happened, and what will come.
I am hunter. I am fire. I am... Vignis Thorstein.
This is my Oath to the Abyss.
May you find peace and forgive me, Ela.

I recommend buying a digital album and burning your own disc.
Hint. CD players will handle a disc of MP3 tracks just fine. Unless you are an audiophile, you can't tell the difference.

Jake, it's not illegal if it's for personal use. If you buy virtual music, you can make it in a CD, no problem.

First and foremost, I loved the song. Maybe it's my experience with the Dungeons & Dragons setting where the Abyss is where all of the demons come from, but the title took me...off guard? Would love to know how you decided on "Oath to the Abyss" since it might deepen my appreciation of the music.
I am not the songwriter nor affilated and this comment is super old. But the terminology Abyss is often used in relations to the oceans depths.
