I have the same problem but bigger :-(
that is, the door is locked and I cannot open it from the inside or the outside because I had the active safety of the children.

Different on the Mk 5 estate! Door panel front edge is welded to door frame!

2008 mk5 Golf. Is it possible to take the door skin off without removing exterior handle as my exterior door handle just wont come out apart from the small nub piece. I have shown car to 3 different garages to take out but handle does not want to budge.

Another video showed a t30 torx -screw that was sideways in the door, you needed to remove it with a torx bit only combined with a size 10 wrench?

Καλησπέρα φιλε εχω ξεβιδωσει την βιδα μεσα στην πορτα τ20 και εχει κολλήσει το μικρό κομμάτι του χερουλιου και δεν βγαίνει εχω χρησιμοποιήσει κατσαβιδι να το βγαλω αλλα τίποτα τι μπορεί να φταίει και πως να το βγαλω?
