@Adam Williamson you can certainly put in a larger memory card. Especially if you were going on a trip. For me just going back and forth from the city, two specific cities. I've had no trouble. But I can understand wanting to have a larger card especially if you're traveling. I have a leadfoot.. as a matter of fact I'm so proud I beat my husband's time. Normally it takes us about 8 hours to get from certain place in Florida to a certain place in Alabama. Coming home after hurricane, driving his father's truck, CB radio. I hooked in with some truckers locked in with them and we flew home. I made it home and 7 hours and 36 seconds.. his mind was blown as we were pulling in, and I said check the time. We're surrounded by trucks at this time, they waved me off I turned off and my husband was like oh my God are you serious. I said yeah I had help. I tucked in and we flew home. Between 90 and 110. I whipped your time. And of course, he'll never be able to beat that. It was because of the truckers. Plus there was so much destruction around. Officers were busy and we flew like the wind... I love driving. When I met my husband and he said he traveled back and forth I said awesome let's drive. His ex couldn't stand riding in a car. Me I love it. Let's go. Destination and we're off. He's always worried I'm going to get a ticket. Blessings that I haven't received one yet. Truly like the hand of God. ☝️🧐🤣😅 My husband just purchased me an absolute precious sweet MK1 2005 V6. 45,000 miles on it. She's like brand new. Our mechanic said it's the cleanest MK he's ever had in his shop. My husband was like, okay it's impossible for you to go without a radar. I told him I'll be fine. He said no not in this cute red flashy car. Not even close. I've owned this for about 8 months now. Wow is it good. Between two cities. It tells me where the Smokey bears are every time. I must say it's quite loud. So you can have your music blaring and turn it up and hear it. Sometimes I forget that it's on high, with the sound turned all the way up so I can hear with my music. Be careful because it's loud. It has literally made me jump. Startled me. But that's a good thing because you want to hear your alarm if you're cruising and listening to music loudly. All the features on it are wonderful it works flawlessly. If you're traveling get that bigger memory card. But if you're just using it back and forth the 16 gig card is fine. I love it I love everything about it. I like the look I like the sound I like that you can change the colors. And the best part, no tickets. And I've had over 30 trips already back and forth. No issues at all. She works good she works flawlessly. And like I said I like how loud it is. I've actually had one before, and that was one of the issues that it didn't have high sound when you had your music on. This thing is incredible. They put a lot of details into this. Hands down, I truly think it's one of the best on the market. The style the ease of use. The loud sound. The buttons are playing and easy to push. The knob is wonderful. One thing that is wonderful about this is if you have your music nice and loud and you're jamming. This thing is so loud you will hear it. It's hilarious whenever you put it on, your speed limit. Yeah that thing yells at me and I'm like nope. I don't need that I know I'm speeding. So that option is off. I travel back and forth between two cities. Every single Smokey Bear. Hasn't missed a one. I have plenty of time to take my foot off the gas and allow the car to naturally slow up. It works flawlessly. My husband purchased me an MK1 2005 V6 45,000 miles on it. She's like brand new. And I was born with a lead foot. It's awesome. The only thing I would suggest is just getting a bigger memory card, especially if you're traveling. It'll make it easier on you. Other than that the 16 gig is perfectly fine. Yes exactly he says he likes how loud it is me too. But I will say this if you have it up loud and you don't have your music on loud. It sure will make you jump when you hear it. Some detectors don't even touch the volume levels this thing has.. As a comparison to my old one. Night and day. There's no comparison. $450 seems steep. Oh no oh no. Well worth it. Worth every penny. As much as I'm traveling back and forth, I guarantee you it saved us hundreds of dollars. Have yet to have an issue been driving with it for 8 months solid. It's awesome. My husband hardwired this one in. I love it. I love how the circles mimic all the circles in the MK1. There is not one single complaint. None at all. Money well worth spent. Especially if you like to zoom zoom. Speed and swerve just getting out of others way.. 🤣😅👍☝️😉 I know why they have such a high price. This has every Bell and whistle. It's solid. The functionality is flawless. And my gosh does this thing work. My son was so impressed with it...
been using it every day and it works great gives you about 1 mile warning when there's cops, i really like the camera though the stuff ive recorded on my trips is amazing. configuring it is a bit of a pain the the butt though i have a 256GB sandisk extreme in it for a year so far no issues records about a months of videos before over writing.
