AEW really fired CM Punk because of the Jack Perry incident at All In. This is crazy news. I’m going to have to make a full breakdown of CM Punk’s career on the main channel. I was working on it this week actually, but now I need to tweak the video. I didn’t expect CM Punk to get fired. My video was based around how they can make even more money from this Jack Perry incident. It’s wild that Tony Khan really let Punk go.

PWG kids circled the wagons. Perry shouldn't have been fired, definitely suspended, but its baffling the backstage atmosphere and just the lack of leadership and professionalism. Youre there for a job, its not hobby time with your friends visiting. Someone has to put their foot down and say "this is how things are happening". AEW devolved into schoolyard politics. Collision was the first wrestling show in years ive actually looked forward to tuning in to. Everyone wants the freedom and immaturity to do whatever they want and the minute someone comes in and tries to do something that requires being safe and consistent, it causes a blow up. AEW is a daycare for people that dont know any better and are close minded.
I cant say I blame them or are surprised. That attitude is what works on the indies when theres no TV, minimal cooperation, and people only are showing up to see some crazy shit, but that isnt sustainable week to week.

Thank Pllana for being the realest guy in the room. No one have ever talk about the Elite and their friends are ones who have started this drama with Punk. The media continuously villainize Punk and talk about how he is “CANCER” in the locker. Despite, before the Hangman stuff, they praised him and always talk about how good of locker room leader he is. But because it’s All Friend Wrestling, and EVPs want to their backstage influence to talk the media and wrestling community on him for Hangman. All of sudden, he’s the “Bad Guy” despite defending himself and being the biggest star that pulling in ratings and merchandise. After watching the highlights of today’s Collision show, now that Punk is officially out of AEW. Collison is going to be another Dynamite or Rampage, an Indy show with billionaire budget. Rather that professional wrestling show.
I am going to miss Punk as a wrestler. The voice of the voiceleas helped this industry so much more than possibly any other individual in the early 2010s. But come on. That doesn't excuse his fucking behavior.

You cannot say Punk was not at fault for the mess he got himself in. Instead of resolving situations he would find ways to aggravate them further. Not once did he shown himself to be the bigger man. Also, if Tony Kahn hadn't fired Punk he would have looked like an even bigger fool then he already does. You can't just attack someone in front of the boss and expect to get a slap on the wrist. Those are the actions of someone who is very unstable. You can't keep someone like that around.
I've been very disappointed with all the grown men and women who are defending a guy who gets into fist fights. Whatever led to the incidents, which we don't know for sure because we're not AEW employees, adults are supposed to "use their words," as we were all constantly told throughout our childhoods. Adults should not assault other individuals. It's childish and embarrassing. Like if you had a friend who got into a bar fight for example, how would you feel about them afterward? Would you gain respect for them or would you think they were acting like a child and be embarrassed on their behalf? I think it's probably the latter

Not necessary. By that logic, All Out should have been a complete disaster because CM Punk was suppose to be the main event. Instead, it was a damn fine show. The Chicago crowd, Punk's home base, was into it. Also, Punk was not the only talent on the AEW roster that is popular with the fans. They still have Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole, Jon Moxley, and MJF. The same guys that made All Out a great show.

Honestly when i Heard about the news i was like, yeah that's it i guess. It was fun while it's lasted after all. Sure he does has a lot of flaw and at the same time he did give a lot of contribution to the Wrestling world, his AEW Returns in 2021 was the biggest of em all. Also, i don't think Phil Brooks was evil, i do think he is a good man who keep losing his cool so quickly. He is a human just like the rest of us and i do wish he was doing well in his future endeavour.

No, CM Punk deserved this. This is school ground nonsense of "but he started it!" It doesn't matter who started it. Evidently, Tony Khan saw that footage and deemed Punk needed to go. Understand this: Punk may not be the evil mastermind that the Elite paint him to be, but the fact is he was faced with a problem and dealt with it in the worst ways possible, by publicly going at them at the Media Scrum, getting into physical altercations, etc. This isn't the 90s, 80s, or whatever anymore. You can't put your hands on people in today's age, justified or not. Frankly, Perry should be fired or at the very least suspended for stoking the flames too. Either way, Punk has been problematic for the backstage since he came in and somebody had to go. It was either gonna be Punk or multiple wrestlers on the other side. It's for the best. Neither side is right or wrong, both are childish idiots who can't settle their disputes with words because their egos are too big. Tony is also at fault for letting it get to this point, but he took a stand and make a decision which is what everybody wanted. He's being a boss and doing what's best for business. AEW was doing fine before him, they'll do fine after him.

I disagree with the Jack Perry thing yeah what Perry did was wrong but that doesn’t excuse for cm punk TO CHOKE HIM OUT… if it was Perry attacking Punk first then that’s understandable but no Punk attacked Perry so originally where it was just Perry in the wrong but punk being a dumbass decided to get himself involved and deal with it his way instigated a physical altercation by throwing the first strike and afterwards almost ruining the show and messing up the flow of things in the match card by refusing to work and having to be convinced to do it and that’s not even including the part where he chewed out Tony Khan and LUNGED at him… you don’t just lunge at your boss and not expect to get off Scott free
Perry got an appropriate punishment of suspension since this is his first major issue where punk did this and hasn’t learnt his lesson from the brawl out situation last year and another show has been overshadowed by this bs drama again
