- [4K] Yoshi’s Adventure ride is an omnimover attraction in Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Japan. It's a fun attraction that takes you around the Mushroom Kingdom searching for Captain Toad.
Due to limited space, there will be no Yoshi's Adventure ride when Super Nintendo World opens at Universal Studios Hollywood. However, Yoshi ride will be coming to Universal's Epic Universe when the new theme park open in 2025.
If you guys haven’t heard already, Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Hollywood February 17, 2023. We predict Super Nintendo World will have a soft opening sometime in January 2023.
Super Nintendo World is also coming to Universal Studios Singapore as well.
Ride filmed October 20, 2022 at Universal Studios Japan.
Gotta love those rides where you can just sit back and slow down for a few minutes.
what really sells me on this are the spinning coins. All the coins spinning in unison just really makes it perfect.

I love the use of Yoshi's Story music!! The ride itself is pretty but seems like just a ride around the park. If that's what they were aiming for it's fine.
Its kinda like the people mover ride in Magic Kingdoms Futureland. This ride suppose to be like this bc you need a slow ride to take time to look around your surroundings.
When I heard the Yoshi's Story music playing I almost cried. I HOPE they bring this ride to USH!

It reminds me a bit of that one Dr Seus ride in the Florida parks. The one that’s a leisurely tour from above.

What’s more incredible to me is the way that they built all of minnionsland on top of the parking structure at universal Hollywood.
What a great and relaxing way to see the park.
I think that's what I'm liking from the videos... I couldn't handle a fast ride but this seems like a slower pace and a moment to just embrace it.
This attraction is fun because you can take a leisurely stroll while looking at Mario's area. And finding the characters that appear in the game is the most fun! By all means, when you come to the Mario area of Universal Studios Japan in Japan, please take a ride on Yoshi and enjoy a walk.

Disappointed this didn’t make it to California due to limited space. But excited to ride it with the kid as well as the Donkey Kong coaster in Florida. Hopefully they introduce other Nintendo properties to Florida since they’ve got so much space for Epic Universe. A Zelda Hyrule land, Luigi’s Mansion haunted dark ride or Metroid coaster would be insane.
i would spend any amount of money to fly from LA to Florida if it meant there was a Hyrule land

@@itsgone278 the yoshi one isn't. Universal Hollywood is in a cramped location on the Hollywood hills. Super nintendo world in Hollywood is gonna be a much smaller version than the one in Japan and the one thats coming to Orlando
I love that at the end the ride implies that the thwomp caused you to get off the yoshi (the yoshi-shaped vehichle)

@@thecunninlynguist Yes, but it will be a much, much smaller area. I wouldn't expect them to have more than a couple rides, but I haven't really been keeping up with it. When I was there a couple weeks ago, I didn't see much room for more than a couple rides, but given how much use they get out of motion platforms and 3d glasses, they probably will have a fair amount to do.
I know so many kiddos who would love this ride and I admit, I personally would too
It’s like a people mover attraction taking advantage of the existing theme of the environment while also layering elements created just for the attraction.

I think this ride is interactive, looks like there’s buttons on the ride so it’s slow to give the riders a chance to press the button in time
Ninetendo Land looks AWESOME! The Figures & depictions... Characters are Great too! But I expected more from the ride. Great over view of the Park tho! 😍
Okay I will admit I was singing along and got super pumped up hearing the Yoshi Story song. But I was expecting an actual ride.... I was actually thinking it was just warming up n about to turn into a real "ride".
That was pretty darn weak considering their are like 2 or 3 rides.
This almost feels like more of a Semi-Interactive Museum of Mario more than a crazy theme park like my heart was hoping for.
Absolutely adorable and so lovely to see the park in this manner.

This will be Universal's "it's a small world." Yoshi is my favorite Mario character, and Small World is my favorite Disney ride.
Sucks that we're not getting this ride for Hollywood, but it looks really cool here and I can't wait to ride in epic universe

It's like Universal's own version of a small world after all but alot smaller and no singing ethnic children. It's a very slow ride that shows the views of things. Also shows alot of the characters from the video game.
I will go to Japan soon so I would like to visit that place.

This is amazing I love the theming! The coins, characters, the colors, the music everything comes all together! Unbelievable so many memories! Their going to have to keep adding more to this park! There’s way too many ideas that can come to fruition. Such a dream

This ride is a pretty big let down. The show scenes and animatronic pieces are so minimal and there is hardly a story being told throughout the ride. From all the hype we've seen from SNW, I was expecting something much larger and much more grand. Especially after Disney comes out with their Winnie the Pooh trackless rides, this is a disappointment.
This ride is not meant to be a highly themed dark ride, more like a relax ride.
I wish it was a little longer at least maybe by 3 minutes. Perhaps Orlando's version will be longer but I kinda doubt that. They could possibly extend the ride into the donkey Kong area
@@jaychristiaans2177 You're right, it isn't supposed to be a dark ride. But they could at the very least make it a nicely themed relaxing ride. This is extremely minimal at best.
You know how minimal of space universal japan has right? They wouldn’t have been able to fit a ride like that into SNW, if you want something like poohs hunny hunt then go on Mario kart.
If it’s a relaxing ride why have Yoshi as the character ? Could’ve pick those slow turtles 🐢 for how slow this ride is .

Imagine if there was a really wide go kart track, with multiple karts and the karts would randomize in speed every so often. It would be like a real Mario kart
So cool!!! The use of forced perspective is cleverly employed in the ride. The attention to detail is empicable. Hopefully this is added to Universal Hollywood.
