As a Hampton University alum (2006), the run around with the Financial Aid office in Whipple Barn is well known. I hated to go in there unless it's was a necessity.
I'm sorry to hear that your experience with staff is negative. I'm a staff member and try to be professional and courtesy to all students that I come in contact with. I find your video to be very interesting and helpful to incoming students. I'm sharing this information with my granddaughter....She also attends a HBCU.

We most definitely have roaches. Seen some in the cafe and in the dorms. I’m glad that you haven’t experienced them though cuz they are HUGE!
