@@carlosoropeza3779 everything is posible! You just have to put some effort and time to find a rental property in PV . Thank you for watching my UA-cam videos.
I'm not sending hate. I have lived here for 14 years and lived in Las Ceibas before. I honestly don't know where you get that price from but its next to impossible to find a house for that price there. They start at about 13,000 Pesos which is about $750 USD. If you find a house with a pool, is goes up from there. Anything under 13k pesos will be unfurnished. Please don't get people expectations so high. This price is very unrealistic. If it was that price I'd move there.
Agree with you 100%. Long gone are the days of cheap Mexico apartments. Then, of course, there is the high crime rate too. This is nothing more than click-bait!
I love your outlook on life, you seem so happy... On this video, the only thing I'd suggest is maybe add a map just to show the location for us Vallarta rookies.
I have been following you ever since you move to mexico. Always amazing information. Thank you for the terrific effort and hope to reach out once we decide to make the move to mexico
It seems like a very car dependent area. One of my biggest reasons for moving out of the USA is that I want to be able to live a comfortable and affordable life without needing a car.
Asian countries like Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, etc… , could be the right place where very cheap public transportations are in every nook and cranny of these countries.
Thanks Larissa! I'm interested in looking around, but we hve two dogs with us and we would like something with a small yard or an area to walk the dogs, too.
@@baremysoul4u sorry, my mistake, I was talking about different apartment in 5 de Diciembre. Yes, you can look for apartment to rent in Las Ceibas , and average price is around $500 us a month. I don’t know if this apartment I was showing in my video is still available, you have to check it out on Facebook market place.
Hola Larissa, I have been watching your videos for awhile now. 😊 Im a 50+ woman who left/escaped Canada, sold everything and drove down to Mexico in Jan of this year. Right now I’m in Lake Chapala, but I really want to come to the coast PV area. I am very interested in this apartment, would a small senior dog be ok in this apartment? Would it be available for June 15? This is the budget I’m looking for. Thank you for your wonderful informative videos.
Hola This apartment is no longer available as good deals go fast , I am sure there are many other places like this one available for rent , you just need to look for it. Thank you for watching my UA-cam channel.
Depends , restaurants, bars, gym, grocery store, beauty salon is in the walking distance, if you are planning on going surfing, hiking you need a vehicle 🚗
YES! Takes some leg work but, they are out there in PV. I have lived in PV since April 22, 2022 and found eliminating real estate agents saves a person mucho dinero!
Given the rise of rent within the US, rolling back the rights of women, college graduates being paid less, rising gun crime, etc….I’m so glad I have my passport. Mexico looks so much safer and you have a much higher standard of living there compared to the US
Wooww is nice in Corea 2/3rd’s of this space cost $900 dollars I actually think is way way smaller size in South Corea like 1/3rd of this size apartments. A lot of Asians are moving to Mexico as well for a better quality life in Mexico like home space and cheaper fruits & basic daily necessities. Beautiful apparent, when my husband and I retired we will definitely need something like this.🥰
Здравствуйте, извините за поздний ответ, я только что вернулась из путешествия по Америке . В ренте не входит оплата за газ, воду , интернет и свет . Примерно еще $100 us . Спасибо за просмотр:))

Yes seems ridiculously low but so is $750!
It might be a year lease.🎉❤😂
I live in this area also. Then again, as with my place, it is up to the owner what they want to rent for. So, it is possible.
30 years and concur, total B.S. get real lady

Great information I'm moving to Puerto Vallarta
We do not want you here. MEXICO IS FOR MEXICANS ONLY.
That's a nice spot!
That apartment is a very good deal for a couple of digital nomads ....!
Yes, agree. I think this apartment is a good option if you are on a budget. Thank you for your feedback and watching my video 😘
I'm looking for something in that price range in the next 30 to 45 days
@LarissaSokla I am in need of a place in the next 30 to 45 days. I'd be willing to do the 1 year.
I currently live in San Diego and $2500 for 2 bedrooms is just insanity
Good information

Hello, do you have any pet friendly condos locations.
Yes I would rent it for the low price thank you for sharing
How easy is it to get rental agents to show you apts just for your channel?
Not very easy, sometimes it takes a few days for them to reply back to the message:((
I would so love here
Thanks for the tour of the hone Larissa! I would like to see what you get in or near PV for around $1,000 US per month.
Can you show us something in Puerto Vallarta?

Where are those apartments at such low rent.... I have been to P.Vallarta many time and it'snot easy to find such places.
This is a great deal. I would love to talk to you about moving to This town.
I just loved 😊. Thank you so much

In the beginning of your video you show a waterfall . Where is that ?
I was travelling in Chiapas and visited Cascadas de chiffon . I will be showing more of it in my next video, stay tuned. Thank you for watching:)))
Thanks for the information 👍
Good video. New sub! 👍
What’s the party / nightlife like!??
@@69daviddion if you are a party person you won’t be disappointed, many parts of town never sleep, party goes on until 6-7 am

@ PV or Acapulco which is better for partying??

I wish it was near Huatulco. Yes I would rent it for sure...
I like the nature of Huatulco but it’s too hot for me there.

Great info thank you much appreciated
You look amazing Larissa gorgeous 💕
Awwwww…….. thank you Sunni !!♥️come to visit me:)))
@@LarissaSokla I would love too! Saving my money for a trip out there 🙏
That you. That is a great place!! I would use a bike. I don't see many bikes on the sidewalks/roads. Do they use scooters at all?
Yes, people in PV use bikes, motorcycles and scooters. Thank you Diana for watching:)
Amazing information
Gracias! Yes I share as much free information as possible . Thank you Michael:)
Great Video
Thank you very much 😍
I Loved this apt!!
Not a restaurant or cafe in site, nothing in walking distance. I also doubt it's as low as 500 USD. Very misleading piece
I am 66 and single and love Mexico and need help to a move this far.
Watch my last video, it will help you to make your move here!

I’m looking for a furnished 2 bedroom for 3 mos - feb thru April 2024. What is the best way to find a short term rental like this in PV?
@@SparkleLady69 I use Facebook marketplace as well as joining groups
3 bedrooms …no …that was in my onion, is a pantry by kitchen!
At this price, sure, it’s not very large.
Utilities?? Internet, hydro, water...
Add another $50 -70 us a month.
I live in Boston, and the rents are out of reach, looking to move Mexico.
I go to PV often and love the Romantic Zone and Playa Los Muertos. This a great deal but it is far, far from the fun and action.
