  • Alright friends, this is my explanation of the writing process I currently use! It's changed a lot over the last year, and I expect it will continue to as I grow as a writer.
Thank you for watching! If you made it to the end of the video, comment down below a bit about your writing process, and don't forget to like and subscribe! 🤍
& a special shout out to ‪@briellewrites‬ for the idea to print your first draft as a personal copy & her video explaining how to do that! I'm always inspired by your content, Brielle! 💕

I'm 90% pantser. I tend to just do an outline of bullet points I want to hit overall. With my most recent book, I ended up doing 1-2 sentences for each chapter once I was about halfway through, just to check my continuity.
I'm glad you found something that works for you!

@@TheDarqProject13 That seems like a great middle ground between the two! It’s cool how something slightly unique works for each person!

Hi! You're really cool and this was super helpful, I've realized I'm a mix of a pantser and outliner and it unexpectedly helped me clear some things up :) thank you!
I hope you get a lot more followers, and I'm sorry if this or any advice is unwelcome, completely disregard it if it is but it would probably help a lot to change a couple small aesthetic details. For ex. in this video the window makes it overexposed and is a tad distracting, a solid background instead would be better, the paint color behind you is really nice, it would look lovely . When it comes to lighting natural light looks great so facing the window instead of having it behind you. If you want to take it further, some contrasting and/or bright colors in your background. If you needed/care about any of this I hope it was helpful.
Looking forward to watching more of your videos and good luck with your book! :)

@@Sophia-jo8tv Hi! I am so glad the video was helpful to you! I appreciate the support and helpful advice! I definitely do care :) Some of the things you mentioned are things I’ve been able to do a slightly better job with in other videos of mine, but this particular one was actually filmed at my parents house (not my normal location) so I was pretty limited with set up options!
Thanks for your kindness and helpful advice! Happy to have you around! 💖

Oh, no... Oh, noooo... Oh, NO!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, watching this video I just realized I'm a pantser. All my best stuff where out of the Ether. Everything planned I NEVER get to. Damn... Mind blown. Oh, my goodness! Oh, my goodness! Oh, my goodness! Seriously. Thanks for sharing this. I helped me to see what was in front of me.

@@andesears I KNOW! It's actually what makes writing so fun for me. The amount of times where I thought "This guy is cool, MC maybe?" and three chapters later he was gone... lol So fun.
