"Life is rated-R, and kids gotta learn some time."
-The Wisdom of Florio ✨
Life is rated R, and kids gotta learn sometime - best throwaway comment I've heard in a while.
Tucker about to lay down the hit stick. 🐐
Then he'll end up on IR. The second best weapon next to Lamar
Tucker gonna get hurt trying to tackle players that practice that very thing every day and practice how ri avoidit every day abd are way faster then tucker is bad idea
Kicker should be allowed to run to the sideline and tag a guy in to run onto the field.
The NFL could have implemented the CURRENT UFL Kickoff Format. This is all smoke and mirrors The NFL wants to eliminate the Kickoff Return. The NFL wants more scoring that is all there is to it.
Interesting, what were the consequences of the UFL kickoff format on the football in that league?
@milleribsenalbeefan From what I seen there were not alot of injuries or concussions. I really hate how the NFL has vilified the traditional Kickoff Return format.
I’m against all these unnecessary rule changes that are ruining the NFL. That written I don’t make the rules. So, if I’m a coach I think I want a punter/kickoff guy, call him “Hybrid.” The punter already might have to tackle so you’re not adding too much risk for him. The kicker would simply kick field goals. There are a lot of guys out there who can kick deep so accuracy isn’t a biggy there on kickoffs. That way you really reduce chance of your field-goal kicker getting injured. (There’s a guy named Destroying - or something like that - with a strong leg. He could be your Hybrid player and maybe even field goal guy over 60 yards. You want your everyday field goal kicker to be money up your, say, 50 yards or so. But somebody like that could help a team.)
I think guys like Justin Reid or Ochocinco who played both soccer and football as youths will become much more valuable. It might even mean some buble guys can carve out a roster spot because they're a 3rd string LB but they can kick too. It could also result in more kids playing soccer as youths to develop those skills early, which could have a net positive effect on for both sports.
The players want these rules because of injurys and lawsuits to the NFL from players that's why the NFL is doing it
