Yum! For anyone who wants it - This is a fried recipe of my own that I made (it is not from Tasty): Take two 8 or 12 inch flour tortillas. Heat about 1/2-3/4 inch of canola oil in cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cut both of the tortillas in 8 triangles. Once the oil is heated, place in the tortilllas, about 2 or 3 at a time. One golden brown and puffy on one side, flip the tortilla over and cook the other side for a few seconds. The whole cooking process does not take long at all, only about 1 or 2 minutes. Once golden brown on either side, take the tortillas out of the pan and put on a paper bag or paper towels so the extra grease can come off. I usually dip these tortilla chips in guacamole and salsa, or I sprinkle then in a little bit of cinnamon sugar for a dessert tortilla chip. I hope you enjoy this recipe! It is really worth trying! 💗
