I know who she is 😊 co worker of mine. She’s getting ready to retire after a long career. No matter how busy she is she still says ‘have a beautiful day’.
The SR22 is as close to perfect as possible. Amazing capabilities. I noticed some crackling static when you’re tuned to distant stations. We had the same thing and it was a leaky ignition harness. We replaced it and all is good. That’s not too likely in a new plane like yours but I think somewhe a high voltage spark may be the culprit. Maybe a lead into a mag? You can verify its ignition noise by changing RPM and the clicking will change too.
It's hard to beat a SR22T especially the G7. Most likely just too far, when closer to the source radio is crystal clear. Also depends which COM I am using (COM1 antenna on top of the plane, COM 2 underneath so depending on altitude one does better than the other).
Glad you were able to do this pup flight! Beautiful plane! Milwaukee has a couple female controllers and one of them is my favorite. Same thing - great controller and always positive!
@@wilzboyz usually try ear muffs. This particular dog wanted me no where near her ears. The new Cirrus' are surprisingly quiet in back during cruise I'll hit it with a DB meter one day to measure.
You have gr8 content and we enjoy your trips pls show us more of cruising speeds on st22t🎉🎉
@@henniedupreez353 appreciate it and coming soon 😁

I'm really bummed to hear she is retiring she makes me smile every time I get her on frequency.

I fly out of ATW. Flown w dogs quite a bit in a SR22&DA62. I use cotton swabs as ear plugs for the dogs. Pretty loud without earpro imo.
