Ngl I'm not sure. Molluscs aren't really my area of expertise. I'm really only good with arthropods and I'm no expert or working entomologist even with those.
Any updates on optimizing the species for breeding? I’d love to get these for my baby day geckos to save money on pinhead crickets but I’d rather the harvesting be easy if possible. Any ideas otherwise to make harvesting convenient?
@@elcastro5000 I keep thinking I have found the smallest Roach species, first starting out with 1cm, then 7mm, then this one ant 4mm and you are telling me there is a possibility of even smaller?? Very fascinating. I do wish I could get my hands on these Roaches in the video in some years, but they arent for sale outside the US.
I’ve came back to this video a few times at this point. For some reason I really want these.
I got here because of a pokemon named Pheromosa.
Cool. I've been a pokemon nerd since 95

Compared to fruitflys how big is each species?
Compare to hydei
@Heretic Nature, do you have an update on the viability of cardboard as a substrate for these roaches?
what species of slug was hanging out in there?

are they good feeders? these could solve my fruit fly problems
Yes very good feeders
@@elcastro5000 thx I'm def. getting some, I am DONE with fruitfly shenanigans, absolutely loathe them
Where can I get fluffy Corfu isopods?
In the US only three people have them right now.
I don't know anybody selling right at the moment.
Their broods are quite small. So they are high demand with not much supply.
Heretic Nature Thanks for the response. By any chance do you have a price list of inverts for sale?
Not at the moment. We are taking a break from sales. Covid has hit us hard.
Heretic Nature sorry to hear that, hope things get better soon.
Is this the smallest Roach species?
Probably in the US roach hobby. But there are smaller species that live in termite mounds.
