Just realized: when she is texting on her phone she is sad and frustrated, with probably her partners texts. However, when she gets a letter from said partner she is happy and blushing. My theory is that the partner is making her fall in love with those letters, because she knows they put effort into it, but is frustrated and "falling out of love" at maybe a not very detailed text with little effort.
Ooh Eleanor Forte! Circus is not only a master of Vocaloid, but a master of Vocal Synth characters in general.

It's weird to see old Circus P songs and compare them with his new style. He used to tell stories that were kinda creepy and now he make love stories.
Still, It's pretty good but I really miss his old style.
