    大家好,我是年糕媽媽Hana。
    這個影片分享我日常在家裡做給仔仔吃的韓式紫菜飯捲,這是他最愛的食物,這食譜用了他喜愛的餡料,所以没有加到醃黃蘿蔔和醬漬牛蒡,如果大家喜歡醃黃蘿蔔和醬漬牛蒡的話就一定要加了。
    韓式飯捲是加入了麻油和鹽去調味的,不是用日本壽司醋喔。
    Hi I'm Hana. This video I'm sharing Korean kimbap with you, kimbap is a Korean sushi that has lots of vegetables and cooked meat or ham inside unlike the Japanese raw fish sushi. Kimbap is one of my son's favourite food and lots of other Korean children love this dish. Most Korean mum like to make Kimbap when the children are going to a picnic. 😀
    In this recipe I didn't add in the pickled yellow radish and pickled burdock root because my son doesn't like it, if you like these two ingredients feel free to add it in.

    Ingredients I used 材料:
    Stir fry carrots 炒紅蘿蔔絲:
    ★紅蘿蔔絲 200g
    Carrot strips 200g
    ★油 適量
    Veg oil about 1tbsp
    ★鹽 適量
    a pinch of salt

    ★one cucumber cut into strips
    青瓜 1條切絲
    __________________________________________
    Stir fry shiitake mushroom 炒冬菇絲:
    ★6 to 8 fresh shiitake mushroom
    新鮮冬菇 6至8粒切絲 (喜歡冬菇可以準備多些)
    ★油 適量
    Veg oil
    ★豉油 1tbsp
    Soy sauce 1tbsp
    ★糖/韓國糖漿 1tbsp
    Sugar/cornsyrup 1tbsp
    ★蒜蓉 1tbsp
    Minced garlic 1tbsp
    如果不喜歡冬菇不一定要用
    If you don't like shiitake mushroom you don't have to add this to the kimbap.

    ★韓式飯捲用的火腿 280g
    找不到可用其他火腿代替
    I used two packets of Korean kimbap ham about 280g , if you can't find this type of ham you can use other alternatives.

    Egg strips 蛋條:
    ★蛋 5隻
    5 eggs
    ★水 1tbsp
    Water 1tbsp
    ★鹽 少許
    Salt
    __________________________________________
    ★壽司紫菜 1包
    One packet of sushi/kimbap seaweed
    __________________________________________
    白飯調味:
    Seasonings for the cooked rice:
    ★白飯 3至4碗(準備更多白飯作後備)
    Cooked rice 3 to 4 bowls ( prepare a little more cooked rice in case you need more)
    ★鹽 適量
    Salt
    ★韓國麻油 2至3湯匙
    Sesame oil 2 to 3tbsps
    ★炒香芝麻 1tbsp
    Toast sesame oil 1tbsp
    白飯調味時要試味,不夠味再加鹽調較自己喜歡的鹹度。
    Season the rice and taste it, if you think it needs more salt add a bit more to adjust the saltiness
