Must be the season for the Virago - I picked mine up yesterday. An impulsive purchase. It's running well, but I didn't think it would hurt to watch one getting refurbed. In fact, I enjoy watching it being taken apart almost as much as riding it :) We'll have to organise a ride out with the cameraman!

Looking forward to seeing your first video. We've really enjoyed working on the Virago and bringing it back to the road. We've a little more to do...watch this space...
Hi I love your vidios my name is joe plunkett in ireland I have a 95 varago mint condition 16 thousand miles up it won't pass 65 miles a hour tryed every thing servis new coils air filter new plugs cleand all the carbs ar cleand jus wandering would the bike be restricted can you shoe ware restrictors ar pls id apprishiate it thank you hope you can help kind regards Joe
Thanks for watching our videos. We're done with the Virago, now, looking for our next project. On our test rides, it was definitely going to get well past 65 and should be good for 100. I'm not familiar with these being restricted although, with a quick Google, I can see prople talking about restrictors. I don't know the rules in Ireland but I don't think there would be any reason to restrict one here in the UK as I believe that it qualifies for an "A2" license.
Hi Chris, Thanks for the comment, I see where you're coming from. I'll try and grow a handlebar moustache in time for the ride out, once we've completed our work.
We are thinking about our options. We'll see what our welding man says about fixing up the collector box. If it's not an option, we'll be looking through the exhaust selection, for sure.

Good luck with it. We need to get ours out as we've not taken it out since the full carb refurb...

Is that the bike that was in Easy Rider?

Get a nice sounding custom exhaust on it.
