Followed a while ago but hadn’t watched. I’m quarantined and watched a few and I now have a healthy addiction so I am starting in Genesis. Sure to be behind for a bit. Thank you for your service to The Lord.
I just left a comment on Chapter 1 in the previous video wondering if Adonijah was going to be a thorn for Soloman and totally got my question answered lol. I personally wouldn't want to murder anyone or order it, but in a way, I can't blame Soloman because he knew of what Absolam did to his father David and maybe saw signs of that happening when Adonijah first declared himself king and then possibly plotted against Soloman by taking Abishag as his wife. Kind of feel bad for Joab though. Despite the arguments he had with David and the wrongs of Abner and Amasa, Joab was loyal to David. I like how he tried to warn David about the census sin back in 1 Chronicles and 2 Samuel. I kind of wonder (though it's not written down) if when Joab was trying to side with Adonijah if that was the final straw for David? Shimei getting placed under house arrest was kind of funny to read.
I am working on a similar channel later. To be like Christ. If you want to lead that effort and or engage let me know. I am copying some elements of the Bible to bring come like that. I will roll that out next on a different channel I am not so much associated with. Just support.

The only time one stands next to a plural, oh wait 1proverbs too
