@@sledaddicz Our government does put a lot of $$ in it, It a good investment for people to discover our beautiful province and at the same time honour Joseph Armand Bombardier the creator of the snowmobile.

Mont laurier is the place to be for snowmobiling as you see. Must seen in this area, Chute du lac Currier at l Ascension, Barrage of Lac Kiamika at Chute St-Phillipe are Really nice to see . Week days are the best moments to be there riding, feels like you are alone but in the weekend sometimes it’s really busy in the trails.
Great video Mike. Absolutely beautiful scenery and trails. Nobody ever messes with your truck trailer or sleds? I have heard nightmares of stuff going missing all the time up there.
Thanks Harold! Definitely the best place I've sledded yet. No issues at all but obviously I've heard things happen. The reality is things happen everywhere, and I've heard of more thefts in Ontario this year than I have in Quebec. Cheers, Mike
@@sledaddicz Yup. I guess things happen everywhere. You are right. Keep up the great videos. And let’s pray these temps drop and we get some much needed snow.
Great video. I was up there almost 20 years ago. There wasn’t any place to get soup but there were snow jays that you could feed by hand. They would actually land on you and eat out of your hand if you brought bird food. Have you done that up there.
First all, thanks for the videos. Watch them all however to complete the experience you've got to give us a better quality. Anything in 60FPS would be a huge improvement! The video quality should represent the content. Thanks again from London, Ontario
Hey thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that. We record all our riding footage in 60 fps and upload it as 60fps to UA-cam. Not sure why your not seeing it in 60.. let me know. Cheers, Jesse
I just finished this exact same trip last weekend. Absolutely love Meekos and big shout out to Notawissi lodge for getting me and my sled back to Mont St Michel. Interested in your GPS Setup. Do you just need the glove box extension and a mount?
Hey Mike - great video I NEED to do what you guys are doing! Driving from Halton and then bombing around Muskoka is fun BUT Quebec and Cochrane are must do! Question - are you storing the GPS in the heated cell phone holder? How are you powering it? USB or 12v cigarette adapter?
Ha! Thanks man! Day trips are kind of rare for us, as we prefer doing actual trips but you'll get there too! Nothing beats Quebec for us. The GPS has a little case that I bought for it just to store it. It's powered directly from the sled, as we tap power down at the solenoid so you can use it without the sled running. Cheers, Mike
When was the crew up there ? I was actually up there last weekend, stayed at the comfort inn one night and two nights at notawissi! Next time you’re up trailer right to Mekoos and head towards pourvoirie 100 lacs , then loop up to Parent , then back down by fer à cheval … thank me later haha

Saint-Michel des saints also known as Saint-Michel des BOOBS 😂
Awesome thanks for the advice! Glad you liked it. Cheers, Jesse
Ontario really needs to step it up for tourism in the winter!☃️👍👍
Quebec has a lot of government funding so it is an unfair comparison. Cheers, Jesse

That's awesome! We did that in valin this yr but we didn't see any birds at devil's mountain last season unfortunately. Cheers, Mike
You need to visit Saguenay, the Gapse and Cote Nord. As good or better in many respects.
It's at the top of our list! Was supposed to go to saguenay last season but got screwed over by destination mont valin. Cheers, Jesse

how's the steering on the gen 5 mike? is it heavy on narrow woods trails? ts skis? 1.25?
The steering is the same as my Gen4. It's all dependant on how you set it up. I don't find it heavy but I'm comparing to a 900r. Cheers, Mike

Yes you will need the glovebox extension to mount it up. I have a video coming out tomorrow where I show you how to do it on the Gen5. Cheers, Mike

We did exactly that on day 2 :)
We were there the last week of January. Videos take time to edit, re edit, and then edit again lol. Cheers, Jesse
So what do you preferer for helmets the Oxygen or the Mission?
You will have to wait for our end of season review comparing the two to find out the winner! :)

What was the name of the club you stopped at that the lady gave you some information? Looks like a cool spot.
That was called Club Fontbrune. It's incredible! Cheers, Mike
Ottawa? No, never heard of it. Lol
Sorry, couldn't help but post this. Lol
