Clydebank High Schools old building closes in 2009 and is to be demolished. On the 14th of June 2009 ex-pupils were invited to look round one last time.

I hope I did this right I;m still pretty new with the computer, I just found all the Clydebank "stuff" and I'm so happy I see what changes have occured since I was last there, Thanks again

It was certanly the best high school ever went to. Well it was the only high school I ever went to. Go to the top of the class and get a gold star for recognising who supplied the music. I see you are a big SAHB fan too.
I went there in the middle to late 50'sand I like it better now,than back then, I was scared of most of my teacheres, theyt were quite cruel back then what with the belt and all, (Ionly got it twice) but thats what I remember most vividly, thanks for the vids.
Don't worry, I think the photos of the class of 74 were taken around 1996 so they are over 13 years old. The only current one was of me at the school open day. I think we have all either lost some hair and/or gone grey. And put on a bit of weight too.
God what a shock John Inglis! I was in his class from Primary School lol And Gordie Mcgregor, Ronnie Logan they were all in class with me .. Wish I could have seen the old school before it gets knocked down makes me sad .. Don't know why tho I hated the damned place ..looks like the same showers since I went there around 1968 .. well they were made to last
@weeGeorgiegirl I know what you mean about the teachers being scary although there were also a few human ones around when I was there. Glad you liked the video and I hope it gave you some happy memories too.
I hated every teacher there....The PE teachers were horrible, and you know I'm thankful that i have forgotten the names of them all. It's a shame i never forgot all the bullies.
