Ah, the super apex Mizutsune. Even with fully upgraded Valstrax armour, max defence perma buffs, mega armour skin, as much defence jewels you can fit and clothfly all stacked on you still do ridiculous damage. On an unrelated note, I can’t help but say Scout’s voice lines during hunts especially during high rank monsters, Elder dragons and apex monsters.
Fr, but as frustrating (and painful) as these hunts can be, it's oddly the reason why I love Monster Hunter so much. I'm scared for the big 3 and their amped up fights (and to think they'll all be harder in Sunbreak)

Unrelated but has anyone had a hard time with the latest challenge arena quest where you fight an apex zinogre, mizutsune and diablos? I did it first try and honestly felt like I was too stressed for what that quest ended up being
@@OptimisticSociopath same here, solo first try and no cart (well of course because it's an arena quest so you cart once you lose) except I used dual blades. I started used these in rise and boy oh boy do I spend a great time playing with them, it fits so well with my playstyle but I still gotta improve, I have an average 9 minutes on each hunts, including the other weapons I'm trying and now using. I also miss the adept evasion, it was so sick to pull off once you mastered it and hunts really were fun. Might as well go back to gu!

This is what happens when you let the world get dirty for to long. Mizutsune goes Apex and blows everything up to clean it.
