I found the rook promotion and then retreating it, but didn't calculate it all the way to mate.

Am I missing something, or is this sequence a winning one from the position at 3:10? K to h-6, capturing the black pawn. At this point black can either capture the white pawn on f-7 or move his bishop to h-7, but in either case moving the white pawn to g-7 will mate the black king, or is there an escape I am missing?

I missed moving the King to g-8. I think that might end in a draw, but I haven't played it out.

If Kxh6 ... Bxf7 Pg7 check, the black king can move to f8 draw.
