Sir, What is "LAD Middle Third Artery" ? My CT-Angio report shows calcium score-103 and 60-70% blockage (dense calcified plaque) in it over 6-7 mm long segment. Kindly guide whether it is serious and need any treatment ? I have no BP/Diabetes. Age-63, Weight-70. Chol-162, TGL-160, HDL-36, LDL-98.
Some people don't have a bi-frication to form the circumflex artery. they have a third ostium. I found this out the hard way, the first interventional cardiologist never did figure this out, but he had no problem charging for fing around in my LAD for an hour. then he took credit for treating the stenosis medically. When it happened again a different Dr. places the stent in 15 minutes. I told the first Dr. he was marginally competent. His ego was offended. hr had no thoughts about the extra pain and suffering he put me through..

Sir by pass as early possible with LIMA.THEN ENJOY 10 TO 15 YEARS. OTHERWISE BE PREPARED.
