My grandparents talked about this coaster. It was unclear to me if they had ridden it, but they would have been very young when Ravine Flyer was still operating. But adults in their lives at the time had ridden and told them about the ride. Apparently the coaster was rather notorious in it's day. Thanks for doing the research and building this representation!
Very cool! So I suppose the 2nd drop was 90 ft from top to the "over-the-road" section based upon the other video stats. The rest were shallower drops which ran with the terrain...

reminds me a good bit of the Jackrabbit at Kennywood the way it was originally designed
If I'm not wrong it was built by the same people so it's pretty cool the jack rabbit is still alive and well

It dives into the road in the 1938 version. But I don't have that version finished. Expect more news on the updated ravine flyer project soon.
The ride was build before the road, this build is of what it would've been like before the road was built.
