It seems pretty obvious that he's, at least, a bit camera shy, or just straight up really doesn't want to be in the spotlight. I'm sure if he's interested, the guys will add him into more videos, but let's not add pressure by continuingly requesting that he be in more , in case he feels forced to do so appease the fans.
This needs more likes. Some people just don't like being in front of the camera. People like that adjust sometimes when they date a public figure but that doesn't mean they got over it.

everyone's work ethic is just off the charts, the amount of videos that were recorded prior to quarantine shows the Try Guys and the crew's desire to put out content for everyone to enjoy and take their jobs super seriously. You guys are truly awesome!

I never knew I needed this, but now I know I want as much of this as possible. Edit: to everyone saying matt should be included, he may just be camera shy and not want to be on video as often, which I believe eugene mentioned. He also could’ve just been unavailable. And I highly highly doubt the try wives or try guys would exclude him if he wanted to be in videos. Just respect his decision, because even though we love seeing matt on camera, it’s his choice.
