My late wife was such a Lucy nut, she knew every line from all the episodes. I have so much of her memorabilia that she had and even though my wife has been gone 9 yrs I can't part with it. I even said while watching this video, Gloria this one is for you. She would of wanted to buy everything in that gift shop.
So sorry to hear about the loss of your Wife. I'm happy you have held on to her Lucy Treasures, may they always bring you Comfort and Happy Memories! Jordans the best, isn't he? 🌼🤗🌼
I really enjoyed this. It still amazes me how Lucy and Desi have such an impact on all age groups. I grew up watching reruns after reruns, never getting tired of them. Raised my daughter watching them and now my 9 yr old grandson is watching them.
OMG, visiting the Lucy-Desi Museum is at the very top of my bucket list!! Like other women you mentioned, I too consider Lucille Ball my favorite Comedienne of all time. I’m so glad you took us here, Jordan-thank you. It was great seeing all the many costumes and the (recreated) props I’m so familiar with!
I named my Aussie puppy Lucille after her. I love my little Lucy! And YES I do say "Lucy I'm home" many times when I come home from work. My Lucy puppy is kind of goofy like her owner.....
What an amazing museum. I love The I Love Lucy plus all the movies and other shows that Lucille Ball. I have a subscription to Paramount+. Paramount+ has all the episodes of The I Love Lucy show.
Wow, so great to see the Lucy-Desi Museum. I may never get there, Jordan, so I am happy to see it this way. Just fantastic! This place is worth its weight in gold! For people who don't know, you can find many of the shirts showed in the video at the Lucy-Desi museum online. Every time I find a shirt at their website, it's sold out. I love that "Don't make me use my umpire voice" shirt, so I'm on the waiting list. The Bob Hope episode where they sing Nobody Loves the Ump is one of my favorites. Seems like such an underrated episode.
Lucy was the biggest star we ever had around here. When John Wayne or Bill Holden to name a few were on the show they had Lucy as star struck. In reality it was the Hollywood Stars who were star struck. Lucy paved the way not only for Mary Tyler Moore , Carol Burnett and so on, Lucy also broke through the door and owned and ran a major studio. When Lucy was on "What's My Line" the panelist and audience knew they had Hollywood royalty in the building. Lucy was that big of a star.
I have been to The museum twice over the last 25 years and they have really improved it. I can’t begin to tell you how small it was in the beginning. It was just a storefront. Looks like I should revisit!
Hey, Jordan.. So glad you enjoyed Jamestown.. Please come back during the Lucy fest in Aug. And if you did a meet and greet that would be awesome!!!!... Living right down town in, Jamestown,in an old historic building is pretty cool.. Always up to date on all the Lucy and The National Comedy Centers vibe... Safe travels to you and jah..
This is so cool! Thank you so very much for filming the tour of the museum. These displays are amazing. I am blown away there are so many original costumes on display. Thank you again!
Omg thank you Jordan I adore Lucy she was my favorite female in comedy she just glowed of class my favorite movie is Yours ,Mine, and Ours, love that movie
6-23-68. Didn't realize it until I was in my thirties, though I'd watched every episode of I Love Lucy starting from a very young age many times over. Still love to this day.
We have been here . It truly is a beautiful tribute to her and Desi. Such a power couple. They did amazing things. I highly recommend checking out. The only thing I noticed, is there really isn’t a lot about the kids. Would love to be in town sometime when they do Lucy days.
Thank you Jordan! for a fun and thorough look into the museums and Jamestown! You looked like you had a blast. I am a huge Lucy fan. In fact I was just there in August. My last visit to Jamestown was 10 years ago. I had to see the new Comedy Museum. I am so grateful I was able to go to the big Lucy conventions in 2000 and 2001 in Burbank. I got to meet all 4 writers of ILL, chauffeur, hairdresser, guest stars on her shows and friends ( Edie Adams, Carole Cook, Teensy and Weensy, Sheila McCrea and many more) book authors, Lucie Arnaz, Fred Ball, cousin Cleo and more. It was a dream! 🤩💝
Lucy and Desi were the funniest comedy act 🎬 ever seen by a true living couple of its time on TV. Thanks for taking to this amazing museum ✨️ it does make you want to watch some episodes now Jordan. 😊.
AWESOME, Love this one ! Amazing so much of their stuff is there and not lost. Even as a Small Child I watched those Lucy Shows. She made me Laugh even thosugh I was too young to understand the shows. Great Job on this one, Jordan !! :)
Thanks..loved your video. Thanks for sharing this with all Lucy and Desi fans. I have been to Jamestown and saw the house she grew up in. It was actually for sale...at the time and the local newstation interviewed us.
Hi Jordan, wow, so many great memories. Glad that these costumes and props have been saved. Those recreated sets are just amazing. Nice to see their personal items aswell, their family portrait was lovely. Great vlog Jordan.
This has always been on my bucket list and now I got the tour! Thank you so much Jordan for your love of classic movies and television and taking us through this fun museum. I love getting to see so many places through your eyes it makes me feel like I am there. You are awesome and I thoroughly enjoy your channel!!!!☺️😊❤️☀️😍🥰🦩
Lucy and Desi not only did a lot for comedy but also for Television too. Sad the way things ended with them. Love the flower hat. I really enjoyed seeing all this. I was very little when I Love Lucy was on TV. It's nice seeing all the things from the shows. Love the model of the tv show set. Lovely vlog. Thank you for showing us all these wonderful things of theirs. Stay safe and take care.
I loved all the murals and the props, costumes, and even a model of the set. I was hoping they can find the costume of the time she played Superman for Little Rickie. And what about the fact that she gave Star Trek its start.
I thoroughly enjoyed this. It brought back so many memories. And you hit all the exhibits I was interested in. Love the paintings. Thanks for a beautiful tour.
The museum did a wonderful job and it sounded like there were alot of people there, which is nice that so many people are interested in I Love Lucy. I'll have to drive down to see it next summer. I hope Lucy, Desi, Vivian and Bill can see this. Lucy would have put up with Desi's womanizing if he had been discreet about it, but he wasn't and Lucy didn't want to look like a fool, so she divorced Desi. Lucy loved Desi up until the day she died.
Was lucky to do this tour and stay in Jamestown this time last year; really loved everything about Lucy and Ricky that we were able to see in the town and especially the costumes at the museum (chick-chicka-boom, lol). The National Comedy Center in Jamestown is also well worth a visit and has some great memorabilia on display from numerous world-famous comedians, too (Bob Hope, Three Stooges, Groucho Marx, more Lucy stuff, Seinfeld, Betty White etc). Jamestown is also midway between Erie and Buffalo, so there is a lot to do in the larger region .We also took a 3-hour trip down to Indiana, PA, to see Jimmy Stewart's hometown and museum - well worth the visit if you get the chance. Thanks Jordan - fun to hear your thoughts and impressions about the museum.
Jordan, you have an old soul, too! Love this vlog! I love Lucy, too! Visited there in 2015 on way home from Maine. Thank you for sharing your incredible journies!
You know, Mr. Daze with Jordan the Lion... Binging these shows makes me think you'd be stellar as a parade TV commentator... That ever occur to you? Thanks, Mr. Daze with Jordan the Lion...
I’m a real fan of I Love Lucy. Thanks for taking us along through the Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz 📺museum tour. Next best thing to being there for sure, Jordan❣️❤️🙏🏻⭐️
I so love Lucy enjoyed Desi as well....loved the museum all was facinating from funishings to outfits the portraits beautiful. thanks Jordan all was great . stay safe till next time.
What a treat to see all this. Was Lucy the one who saved all the costumes and memorabilia, do you know? Did Shelley Winters ever speak of her ? Lucy certainly was brilliant in comedy and business. Thank you Jordan.
Fun fact: William Frawley and Vivian Vance could never get along off camera, but you would never know it by seeing them work together as a TV husband and wife in the show. It's a testament of how good they were at acting. So, props to them as well. I love the replica of the apartments it's like a time capsule. Thanks for the tour I enjoyed watching it. This was such a groundbreaking show
I did not even know this existed so I am thrilled to have come along, Jordan. I think Lucille Ball was a pioneer and trendsetter for all females comedians
I went to The I Love Lucy museum over 20 years ago. At that time it was only one building and there were no room recreations at all. I need to get back there to see all this myself. I Love Lucy.
I've enjoyed these Jamestown videos immensely. I grew up on repeats of I love Lucy and cannot tell you much these made my day and made me smile. Thank you so much Jordan! Blessings - Judith 🎭🎵
I visited the museum in, I think it was, 2015 and enjoyed it. I understood that Lucy's daughter is not involved with the museum anymore. Thanks for the vlog.
Lucy is smiling down on you! You did a fantastic job. What a wonderful team Lucy and Desi were. When I went to the museum awhile ago they didn't allow any picture taking. We did anyways 😊. I want to go back and get a pic inside the NY apt. Happy they eased up.
One of the best shows ever. Still love watching reruns. Vitameatavegemin episode was freaking hilarious! Most every episode was, though. Thank you, Jordan for another great trip down memory lane.
Hey Jordan. I love all this stuff!!! I met Lucy after a dress rehearsal of Life with Lucy!!!!! Wow She held my hand and talked to me...... incredible, super sweet!!!!!!!
Wow! Ty for taking me with you today! Sooo great! I think this and the Jimmy Stewart museum are best of all the museum vlogs you've done! You and Jah take care and be safe on your travels❤
1. Sweet vid for those who don't live in the US. 2. Regarding the beds on the I Love Lucy show, what's weird is that season 1 had those two beds combined as 1, no one seems to mention it.
Thank you Jordan! I’m in heaven! I have been looking for the table the one that’s in front of the blue couch from season 3 for years. The last time I saw it was on the show “The Mother in laws” that desi produced and they had the audacity to paint it yellow with a sunflower sticker. My coworker and her cousin were able to find the leaf plate set. So jealous! Well you did a great job again Jordan! Love to Jah!
i have an affinity to I Love Lucy as it started the year i was born, 1951. thank you for the stroll down memory lane and providing the memories and laughter and a little tear while watching. great video!
Back in 1980 I took care of dezzie At UCSD medical center San Diego he was a pain in the butt but I was star struck so it was cool he was very demanding
Lucy & Desi were pioneers in the television industry and their museum is a must see for any tv history enthusiast, thanks for this informative and educational video Jordan!
Those are called riding crops instead of whips. It looks like Desi may have been holding one in the painted Family portrait. Thank you Jordan! I'm a bit of a buff but don't travel much. This is awesome to see. I finally found my Lucy unicorn. It was the Ivy patterned oil and vinegar cruet from their kitchen. I ended up with two actually! Thank you again!

I Love Lucy. Never tire of watching"I Love Lucy" episodes. Thanks for the trip. Legends never die❣️❤️💔
It’s sad that the original props from the apartment were destroyed, but they did a great job re-creating it.
I still watch Lucy everyday
When the show was filmed, it was in black and white. It's so interesting to see just how colorful the costumes were.
There will never be another Lucy! She was the best!
I really enjoyed this. It still amazes me how Lucy and Desi have such an impact on all age groups. I grew up watching reruns after reruns, never getting tired of them. Raised my daughter watching them and now my 9 yr old grandson is watching them.

We drove past it a few years ago.It was an event in Jamestown. I didn't get a chance to go there.Thank you for this tour.
Time to go make a stop :)
The Veggie Vita-Min skit and The Martian One...true classics..

was mostly in black and white ..
We visited this museum while on the way to Niagara Falls. I wasn’t aware that this even existed. I sure enjoyed it!
Thanks Jordan. Absolutely LOVED it.I'm sure she is making everyone laugh in heaven.

This is a fabulous museum. I am so glad to see it. Thanks Jordan and Jah.
This was the best cast combo of any series on television. Those four people really were unique & so was the show!
What a treat to see all this. Was Lucy the one who saved all the costumes and memorabilia, do you know? Did Shelley Winters ever speak of her ? Lucy certainly was brilliant in comedy and business. Thank you Jordan.
It would make sense that Lucy's talented and clever daughter, actress Lucy Arnez, maintains the estate and lends things to the museum.
I love seeing what color things are in the apartment. I always tried to visualize, but seeing it is terrific.
We visited this museum two years ago. My kids LOVED it. So much fun!
Nice museum of I love Lucy nice to see all the props from the show good video Jordan vickie napa ca

Marvelous tour!! I love Lucy. Thanks so much, Jordan! 😄
Excellent vlog. Very fun. I love Lucy ❤️👍🏼😎
Another great museum vlog tour 👌, great Lucille themes and exhibits on display.
I love watching I Love Lucy reruns growing up.
