I would like to answer this too. I am a Hindu and my husband is a Christian. I am a person who only eats Chicken. I have never eaten any other meat. And I don't eat beef as per my tradition. But my husband eats everything including beef. But I have never stopped him eating anything and I don't have any fucking rights even as a wife to stop him what he likes to eat the most. The same way, he never forced me to eat what I don't prefer. It's as simple as that. And it is also very important to give respect to each other's preferences. Lemme just say that the topic of this video was so broad and yet you guys managed to discuss almost every human mindset that has been built regarding vegan/ vegetarianism. There were great, realistic points mentioned on following veganism and it being preached for everyone. I was raised eating non vegetarian food and had always questioned it. Now as I am older I recently started going vegetarian and it’s been quite a while. I completely agree with not spilling my reasonings or beliefs about what I follow everywhere or anyone. As you said I am privileged enough to have a family that supported me with this choice as well. But one common thing we all share is the mindset towards what we follow: if it gives you peace and health, that is that! Overall great takeaways for me na!!

I have been seeing Biryani man's content for a very long time there were a lot of times when he genuinely supported a lot of women he also made fun of a lot of women but that never felt wrong this time I was not too fond of the way he approached the tailor akka content in the first video when he spoke about her blouse and asking her to use a mannequin felt wrong and I could not agree with his opinion or point of view and when he made a long video about this I felt bad, there are a lot of people who does fraud business and stuff and I don't support them as well but being judged for the outfit a person wears on her video and then digging into her business because of her wearing a blouse in her videos felt very wrong. These two people are the face of a set of people who have similar opinions but can't open up about the same just because of fear of being character assassinated. I'm one from the "Set of people".
Politics started with nationalism,skin colour,language and it has finally reached food too.People who are rich looked down on things that were easily available for the common man and labelled them as "special and unattainable " or something that should be kept as sacred. Extinction is secondary but people with a so called "upper class mentality" trying to seperate people based on their food preferences is alarming. Basically it is all about trying to fit in and some people forget their roots or their culture just to fit in and gain attention.
People in our country shun western way of clothing and preach people to follow the indianised way of clothing. They are not ready to accept westernised system of education,clothing or medication but prefer to force people into veganism which was popular in western culture and brought into India by rich people.
This model does not work for people of a country like India whose population mostly comprises of meat consuming people mainly because of availability.
It is just a matter of availability and the end of the day nature will take all the matters into its hands whether you consume meat or not.
And just because you do not consume something, does not mean you should look down on people who do it their way.
