Thanks for always putting up balanced view of the UK, especially Scotland. I believe a great lesson I have learnt is that you don't have to keep quiet all the time but you also need to understand when to express yourself and how to do it. As a lot of people feel it's a free world to be expressive.

It’s not enough to agree on something formal verbally, always confirm in an email after a call or conversation what was agreed upon. I’ve learnt this the hard way

Menvic you shouldn’t have paid the fine only pay if it’s council. Private parking companies have no jurisdiction in scotland
