Adrien is the only one who NEVER doubted Marinette’s integrity, even her own parents were acting heartbroken and shocked when she was accused of stealing and cheating, (which actually annoyed the crap out of me! Her own PARENTS!) but not Adrien, he always defended her and fully stood by her at all times. It just goes to show how much her understands her and trusts her.

When they fought Darker Owl in Jubilation, there was a scene where their shared desires were shown to them being married and having kids, and since that part was in the show, them being together at the very end of the show was pretty much being set as the final goal, the problem now is how to get there. I don't really think they will really break up for good though, like Gabriel did everything to break them up and they still end up together anyway. And I can't even count how many times Gabriel tried to break them up, and they always find a way back to each other. And it explains part of the reason why Master Fu said they were made for each other, they complete each other as polar opposites, like creation and destruction.
As a HUGE Adrinette shipper, I do think it may be a possibility, but if it does happen, chances are they will get back together. (But this is my opinion).
I can see it happening bc of Marinette keeping the secret for so long & Adrien getting mad. Which would make him not trust her and take a while to gain it back before they get back together. Also in my opinion it would feel realistic to teenagers dating because they could date for a bit realizing that maybe it’s not the right time. I'm afraid the seeds have been planted for a break up, and not in a good way. Marinette lied to Adrien both as ladybug and Marinette. If Adrien breaks with Marinette because he discovers the truth, he will also despise ladybug because she was the one who faced Monarch and lied to his face. This means no adrienette, no ladynoir, no marichat, and probably an akumatised Marinette. On the other hand of Marinette breaks up with Adrien for whatever reason (cuz i cant think of any at this point since their relationship was built at a point where both of them were mentally very low) then and only then is an exploration of the other sides of the love square possible. This scenario, however, is very convoluted, not to mentiom had no build up like the other one. In my opinion, they've milked the love square enough at this point. 5 seasons, 3 special, 1 movie and 9 years of will they won't they is ENOUGH. Breaking them up is a VERY RISKY move if not dont correctly. Despite this, I'm unfortunately certain that a breakup is inevitable. This is why I hope it will be followed by a Marinette akumatisation arc or a something as big or else the fans eill absolutely despise the show more than they already do.
For me, the whole sentimonster should come from Nathalie and Felix with Marinette there too as she is a part of this but does not have the entire history and connection towards it compared to Nathalie and Felix (I know Felix told Marinette through a fairy tale story thing but to me other than keeping it a secret it does not build up as much of a connection). I can see Lila, or whatever her actual name is, using the information she gathered to destroy one of the dynamics between Ladybug and Chat Noir as we still don't know what Ladybug shared with Chat Noir after the final battle against Monarch as all Chat Noir/Adrien knows is that he made the wish which I can see haunting Chat Noir for not being there. Two cause everyone in Paris, including some people in the superhero team, to distrust Ladybug and Chat Noir as they believe that Gabriel sacrificed his life to save Paris and had this statue built in his memory only to learn that he was the true villain all this time because compared to Gabriel who created akumas to bring out the heroes I can see Lila using akumas secretly in a way that the heroes won't notice to destroy them. Also, I can see Adrien and Marinette going on a break as if the truth gets revealed somehow; they both need time to think and reflect, for Marinette realizing that all these secrets are doing more harm than good and the way she approaches things no longer worked as much as they used to. Adrien will need the most time to reflect and think about the people around him and how they view him as a porcelain doll most of the time, and he needs to think about how he should confront people to learn the truth. There are so many possibilities in season 6, and I'm looking forward to them.

I don't know if the writers will pull that off perfectly but the upcoming seasons will really test their relationships. They are lovey dovey now that there is no villan terrorizing the city. But when the new hawkmoth shows up they really can't spend time with eachother because they will be busy fighting crimes and it will really test their relationship. They will apply the same formula that they applied to lukanette and adrigami at the start of season 4 where they were dating but can't spend time time with eachother because of their super hero responsibilities. I am wishing too much but we can even imagine a situation where they think they are cheating on each other just like how Nino thought Alya was cheating on him in season 4. They still don't know their identities, So we can make it work. I mean let's be honest now that they are dating nobody wants to see an cleashey teenage love story. If you wanna make their relationship intresting you should spice it up a bit with some angst and drama.

OK. Here are my thoughts: Yes, Adinette WILL break up, but only TEMPORARILY. First before they break up, there will be a REVEAL! THAT will lead to the break up. Somehow, quite possibly through Cerise, (SPECULATION) Adrien will find out that Marinette and Ladybug are one and the same. While finding this out, he will also find out the TRUTH about Gabriel, and Ladybug's role in his demise. Finding out all of this information will bring about tension and confrontation between the two in both identities. At the very least, their friendship will be strained, and their partnership will be put to the test. HOWEVER..... keep in mind that Cat Noir and Ladybug are a TEAM, and they MUST ALWAYS WORK TOGETHER! He must destroy any object which contains and Akuma, and only Ladybug can catch, de-evilize, and release the Akuma. Remember, this IS a LOVE STORY, and LOVE CONQUERS ALL! So, they WILL break up, but they will also reconcile, and their love for each other, and their frindship will be stronger for it as both Ladybug and Cat Noir, and as Marinette and Adrien, but maybe it's best to ignore me, since I've always been a hopeless/helpless romantic all my life.
See, the way I feel about that is I feel as if that something that should’ve happened earlier in the series if they were to do it and it to actually make sense, they did kind of waste a lot of important plot points and they pushed everything too late, so I think everyone’s just gonna be sick of it if it happens

If only the stakes were so dang high in the season 5 finale, there would definitely be less worries about what could happen if Adrien were to find out the truth from someone other than Marinette. It will legitimately make no sense for her to hide it from him because she doesn't know that he and Adrien are the same person. People are using the excuse that Adrien will only see himself as the villain's son and he will be extremely devastated, but I think it will be good for more development. Sure, it will hurt seeing someone as sweet and innocent as Adrien getting hurt. He needs to know. If it's kept as a secret from him for years, it will only hurt him even more.

I have a theory. Princess Justice! So basically, the reveal will happen in season 6, and Adrien will not take it well, after everything he will find out. Marinette won't blame him for breaking up with her, and IMMEDIATELY try to fix everything. How? The miraculous. She'll get akumatized, go rouge, get the miraculous and make a wish. After a montage, Marinette sees that there's nothing wrong, but Adrien can tell something is up...
Does the wish prevent her from telling anyone about Gabriel/monarch or is this about her honoring his request cause if that’s the case he basically sets up them up for failure despite asking her to take care of him and after the wish do they still know each others secret identities cause if that’s so then it will be awesome
His mom and dad used the peacock miraculous to create him and his aunt used it to create Felix. His dad and Nathalie control him with the rings they wear that’s why he does whatever he says when he uses the ring, right before the wish Gabriel makes he leaves the rings that control him along with the miraculous rings he made to Marinette and when she goes outside right before the kiss she puts both of the rings on his finger so no one can control him, that was why Felix stole the miraculous and traded Gabriel all of them for the peacock one, cause when he found out he got the ring that controls him, and when he found out Kagami was one he freed her and his whole plan was to free Adrien from being controlled since he figured Adrien probably hadn’t figured it out that’s why he told Marinette about the story of them being created cause he figured out that there’s a high chance she’s ladybug and figured she would be able to either help him get the peacock before he had to steal from her but since she didn’t he made the plan to get her to make a mistake by dressing as Adrien and pretending to leave town knowing she would stop him
I think they could fight but not break up couples fight and not break up they should figure stuff out or if Adrien does find out anything maybe he gets mad but it’s not necessarily her fault so maybe Luka or Kagami or someone who also knows her secrets will talk to Adrien and try to convince him to forgive her

I heard some people saying miraculous is Boring now, cuz there is no drama (will they, won't they) and some saying that it's better cuz we finally got what we wanted. As you said trust is all the relationship is. As the spoilers and all I think S6 Is gonna be serious season, I mean.... If the writers don't screw it up as usual..... Umm.. So yeah if its serious I think we will get ladynoir side of fighting and... More action so Marinette and Adrian won't spend so much time together. And we will explore the fact that they still feel something, but ignore it... As for break up, they might go to ladynoir, but as you said.. That would make the fight so hard... So I don't think so. So I guess they won't break up, but as for Adrian goes I am still SO MAD about s5 finale... But let's not get off topic. If the reveal happened this season by some miracle and *then* Adrien found out all the secrets marinette was keeping from him, (stuff about his dad, the fact that he’s a Sentibeing, cat blanc, etc.) then I think a breakup is likely. It would be something out of anger and shock in the moment but something Adrien would regret later on. I also just ave a feeling they’ll break up and idk why 😭

LAZY WHY!?!?! They _JUST_ got together!!!!! All we need to avoid all of this is to have and Adrienette/Ladynoir reveal and someone to kidnap LIE-la/Cerise or whatever the hell her real name is.
honestly I do understand that marinette has sm going on in her life w being the guardian, ladybug, etc. but why does it kinda seem like adrien/cat noir is always in the dark. in the previous seasons it was annoying but now that he is left in the dark about his own father is crazy. hopefully he will find out everything soon. honestly I hope this whole thing is executed good 😭
OK. Here are my thoughts: Yes, Adinette WILL break up, but only TEMPORARILY. First before they break up, there will be a REVEAL! THAT will lead to the break up. Somehow, quite possibly through Cerise, (SPECULATION) Adrien will find out that Marinette and Ladybug are one and the same. While finding this out, he will also find out the TRUTH about Gabriel, and Ladybug's role in his demise. Finding out all of this information will bring about tension and confrontation between the two in both identities. At the very least, their friendship will be strained, and their partnership will be put to the test. HOWEVER..... keep in mind that Cat Noir and Ladybug are a TEAM, and they MUST ALWAYS WORK TOGETHER! He must destroy any object which contains and Akuma, and only Ladybug can catch, de-evilize, and release the Akuma. Remember, this IS a LOVE STORY, and LOVE CONQUERS ALL! So, they WILL break up, but they will also reconcile, and their love for each other, and their frindship will be stronger for it as both Ladybug and Cat Noir, and as Marinette and Adrien, but maybe it's best to ignore me, since I've always been a hopeless/helpless romantic all my life.
See, the way I feel about that is I feel as if that something that should’ve happened earlier in the series if they were to do it and it to actually make sense, they did kind of waste a lot of important plot points and they pushed everything too late, so I think everyone’s just gonna be sick of it if it happens
I will cry if Adrien and Marinette break up. If only the stakes were so dang high in the season 5 finale, there would definitely be less worries about what could happen if Adrien were to find out the truth from someone other than Marinette. I can't help but wonder if Ladybug will ever tell Cat Noir about Gabriel being Monarch in season 6. It will legitimately make no sense for her to hide it from him because she doesn't know that he and Adrien are the same person. People are using the excuse that Adrien will only see himself as the villain's son and he will be extremely devastated, but I think it will be good for more development. Sure, it will hurt seeing someone as sweet and innocent as Adrien getting hurt. He needs to know. If it's kept as a secret from him for years, it will only hurt him even more.

honestly it wouldn’t be shocking if marinette broke up w Adrien js cuz she’s probably gna be super stressed w everything that has happened in season five. and also the secrets will probably be overwhelming for the relationship. ahhhhh idk what will happen to them but honestly im js along for the ride 😭
I wouldn't say break up but they will have probs she is literally lying to him hiding the truth and he's gonna be real upset if he finds out and probably won't trust anyone again since they don't trust him on knowing the truth at this point I just want him to turn villain

I hope they don't but it would make so much sense for them to break up & get back together as the synopsis did say "Marinette & Adrien have never been closer" & usually you get closer to your boyfriend/girlfriend after having a fight & some time apart

I have a theory. Princess Justice! So basically, the reveal will happen in season 6, and Adrien will not take it well, after everything he will find out. Marinette won't blame him for breaking up with her, and IMMEDIATELY try to fix everything.
How? The miraculous. She'll get akumatized, go rouge, get the miraculous and make a wish.
After a montage, Marinette sees that there's nothing wrong, but Adrien can tell something is up...

His mom and dad used the peacock miraculous to create him and his aunt used it to create Felix. His dad and Nathalie control him with the rings they wear that’s why he does whatever he says when he uses the ring, right before the wish Gabriel makes he leaves the rings that control him along with the miraculous rings he made to Marinette and when she goes outside right before the kiss she puts both of the rings on his finger so no one can control him, that was why Felix stole the miraculous and traded Gabriel all of them for the peacock one, cause when he found out he got the ring that controls him, and when he found out Kagami was one he freed her and his whole plan was to free Adrien from being controlled since he figured Adrien probably hadn’t figured it out that’s why he told Marinette about the story of them being created cause he figured out that there’s a high chance she’s ladybug and figured she would be able to either help him get the peacock before he had to steal from her but since she didn’t he made the plan to get her to make a mistake by dressing as Adrien and pretending to leave town knowing she would stop him

I think they could fight but not break up couples fight and not break up they should figure stuff out or if Adrien does find out anything maybe he gets mad but it’s not necessarily her fault so maybe Luka or Kagami or someone who also knows her secrets will talk to Adrien and try to convince him to forgive her

I agree with EVERYTHING you said. I honestly don't trust the writers at ALL, bc you know.. I heard some people saying miraculous is Boring now, cuz there is no drama (will they, won't they) and some saying that it's better cuz we finally got what we wanted. As you said trust is all the relationship is. As the spoilers and all I think S6 Is gonna be serious season, I mean.... If the writers don't screw it up as usual..... Umm.. So yeah if its serious I think we will get ladynoir side of fighting and... More action so Marinette and Adrian won't spend so much time together. And we will explore the fact that they still feel something, but ignore it... As for break up, they might go to ladynoir, but as you said.. That would make the fight so hard... So I don't think so. So I guess they won't break up, but as for Adrian goes I am still SO MAD about s5 finale... But let's not get off topic. I just hope he will explore his house and find out, and not just someone telling him, but that's just my opinion idk..And I also think the revival should happen in the middle or the end of s6 cuz it's a new era like...writers please don't disappoint me, plz....😅

If the reveal happened this season by some miracle and *then* Adrien found out all the secrets marinette was keeping from him, (stuff about his dad, the fact that he’s a Sentibeing, cat blanc, etc.) then I think a breakup is likely. It would be something out of anger and shock in the moment but something Adrien would regret later on.
I also just ave a feeling they’ll break up and idk why 😭
