Love these exercises. Will be doing them every day. I couldn’t watch on tv like I do with other exercise videos. Found myself straining to look up to see when exercises would change. Vocal countdown on 3,2,1 would be helpful. Great video though

Most should be yes, but 2 things: try to work only up to your tolerance level (don't force movements) and it is always best to ask the person who diagnosed you. Take care!
I have Weak Muscle Spine and Backbone... i able not Sit Straight... imbalance in Spine. .. my Spine Go downwards. Direction... 🙏🙏🙏 how improve Strength in Spine and Backbone 🙏🙏🙏

Great exercises but the shoulder with pole hurt too much, I could barely get the pole to the back of my shoulders🥴
