I can tell you that BPM is very accurate. I have a real BPM monitor, which is as accurate as the ones at hospitals and this watch is bang on with it. As well, when doing tests, I do 2 things. Once, compare to the other device while, at the same time, taking my pulse manually. HOWEVER, the Sp02 (oximeter) is FAKE! It's always somewhere between 96% and 99%, even when my oxy is at 90%-92%. My real oximeter, again, I've compared to the ones at the hospital and it's right on. This watch also does something that I did not expect and it turns out to be a very good thing. Sometimes, I get tachycardia in very short bursts. To my great surprise, this watch picks it up via the "max" number (2 swipes left). I came from expensive smart watches that were just crap and decided enough was enough. So I bought this "cheapy" with the idea that it wouldn't work well either, but at least I'd have the date/time. It surprised me! Other than the Sp02, it really works well. ESPECIALLY the sleep monitoring! I can say that this work as well as my old FitBit did. In fact, I have a high suspicion that they copied the code for that. Just a thought.

I have a real Oximeter that works well and is as accurate as the ones I've tested it against at the hospital.. So sorry, this watch does not implement it right.
Is the heart rate monitor accurate, especially when HR elevated during exercise?
Thus far, I’ve found the heart rate monitor to be accurate, but I haven’t gotten my BPM up much because I can’t really exercise.
