"The eyes are the window to the soul." Your beautiful photos give us a glimpse of your soul, and your commentary helps clarify that it holds the heart of a poet. Thank you for sharing your art and your heart. May those tracks take you into a wondrous 2023.
May you have a great 2023 as well, and thank you so much for these heartfelt words. Your message is especially appropriate because sharing photos is quite a personal thing to do, at least for me it is. Thank you for watching 🙏🙏
Thank you, I’ve got a ways to go before my photos come close to yours. Thanks for always providing feedback, tips, tricks, and furthering the photography interest you helped sparked on our Yosemite trip! I really enjoy the night photos, it’s too bad that I’m usually alone and cold in the dark while doing them haha.
Thank you Jason, your words are much appreciated. I love taking and sharing the photos, it really fills me with contentment. It’s hard to explain, but suffice it to say that it has been an extremely fulfilling hobby 🙂
Absolutely beautiful!!! Those shots would be amazing on canvas!!! Also loved the narration. Made me feel as if I were there experiencing the shot myself!! Wonderful video!!
Thank you for the wonderful feedback! I’m still figuring out how to make photography videos, so I’m glad you enjoyed this format 👍🙂👍 I think they’d look good on canvas as well, even better on metal 😜
I liked hearing your perspective on the photos as the artist. I may be biased, but that first photo is my favorite. I love how you can just see the canyon wall illuminated by the fire. It really emphasizes the warmth and intimacy of a campfire in the vast openness of nature. Can’t wait to see what 2023 brings!
That photo was definitely a contender for my favorite of the year, as was the snowy Franklin Mountain picture. Regarding the first one, I wholeheartedly agree with your comments. I also like how the tent is blurred due to the long exposure; it hints at the wind we were about to deal with all night long haha! You did a great job holding still for that long exposure 👍👍 Thanks for watching and for the feedback!
Enjoyed the video. You had some great shots this year. I've enjoyed watching your photos get better and better. The Double Arch shot was probably my favorite as well. I also really liked the shot from Hunter. I hope you get plenty of time to get out in 2023 and continue posting your photos.
Thanks! It has been a fun journey, and really I have you to thank for a lot of it. It was your videos that got me into the videography of hiking, which eventually led to me getting more serious about the photos. UA-cam has been a real cool ride that has led to meeting so many cool people 🙂
I've seen your excitement when learning your camera and photo techniques and this video really showcases your knowledge of your equipment and your imagination for setting up beautiful shots like these. I'm happy for you for what you have accomplished so far and who knows how far you will go with your talent. Merry Christmas ✌
You were right there with me as I started jumping deeper into the landscape photography pool, and you’ve been so encouraging from the start. Just know that the encouraging words mattered, and really helped spur me forward to try this thing on 😬 Happy Holidays to you and yours, and thanks for watching!

Really, really nice. The Arches fotos show what beauty is available to those who brave the night. Great stuff
