With so much not open, not to mention other restrictions, I wonder how they can justify charging full ticket prices. Doesn't seem worth it.
Yea, I am going in a few days, hopefully more of the rides are open. But I don't foresee the prices will ever be discounted because people will always want to go to the parks no matter what.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, Disneyland has the rudest cast members since reopening, they give orders and quickly threaten you with getting you thrown out if question them in anyway. Disneyland no longer the "magic kingdom" more like "Nazi kingdom"

The reason Matterhorn is closed is because the track was decaying, and they need to replace many of the supports and tracks. It may remain closed after refurbishment, but it is currently closed due to the decay.
They should replace the log rides on splash mountain that accommodate 2 people in every row like splash mountain in the magical kingdom and Tokyo Disneyland. They should also get some new cars for the autopia ride because they’re so old and outdated.
@@legendaryTMNICO They’re re-themeing Splash Mountain soon, so maybe they’ll do something. I don’t think I’ve ever been in the Autopia ride…

It is 2 years or older for the mask, just clarifying so parents go prepared. if your 2 year old does not have a mask and keep it on they will tell you they have to wear it so just be ready ! :)
I’m sorry I misspoke in the video. 2 and up need to wear a mask but my son is 3 and he doesn’t do masks so we have to say “he’s almost 2”. They don’t check birth certificate or anything. We are not against rules it’s just that he doesn’t leave the mask on at his age.

Was looking to buy tickets, however was looking to stay the whole day for the fireworks show. Looks like that is also not happening? Great video!
No fireworks yet but that might change when the lift the mask mandate June 15th.
This would be the best time to come with the smaller lines, because last year in the summer we spent most of our times waiting in the lines in the hot sun, just like I remembered it as a kid. It’s perfect springtime weather now too, not too hot. To bad they’re closing earlier, but I suppose the shorter lines make up for that. Fast pass tickets aren’t even available for purchase, so this is going to be a great time to take advantage of free short lines. We didn’t even make it on all the rides with a two day park hopper ticket last year with our group. With shorter lines you can spend more time enjoying other things than just the rides. This is a great video! Do you know if the light show is still going, or is that only certain times of the year. I missed most of the light show last year when my group wanted to keep trying to make it on all the rides. The light show is the highlight of Disneyland.
Thanks 🙏🏼 no light show unfortunately. They didn’t have any parades either due to restrictions. But maybe after June 15 that will change.
It’s better to go to Disneyland on a Friday in September when the lines are shorter. June to august are the worst months to go to Disneyland.

They didn’t check at the park. Just when you buy the tickets they ask for zip code.

No one check our IDs so I think it’s on an honor system.

Do you know what they’re doing about tickets? I had won tickets that expired June 15th, but they shut down in March. Will they be honored?

The park experience currently is not worth going. 1) they have no shuttle so you have to walk from parking lot to park entrance, and they won’t even let you know which parking lot is open or closed 2) every ride is 45min+ at least with no speed pass 3) Social distancing makes it super awkward. They’re final product should be happiness, and my family felt none today going. Sorry for my negativity but every word is true.

The experience was great. My wife went on the carousel, Winnie the Pooh ride, cruise ship, it’s a small world, circus ride and Starbucks lol.

They ask for your zip code when you buy the tickets but no one asked for an ID. Not even when we were checking in.

We didn’t go to California Adventure this trip but I’m assuming it’s closed due to it being indoors and I haven’t seen anyone posting about it being open. We love that show btw.

I didn’t get asked at all.
So why are some rides not open yet?
Some rides are being renovated and Disney doesn’t have all their employees working because of the 35% capacity so they can’t have all the rides open.
Do they check if you have a vaccine card?
They didn’t check us.
What about for proof of covid negative test result? Where, when or how do you show proof?
They didn’t ask us for any of that.

They can get on any rides they want but most of the fast rides don’t recommend it
