We are using both together. Master books is so gentle I love that. So I bought a few Christian light education math 1 for this summer just since the first four light units basically cover kindergarten of what good and beautiful taught. To see what it is like because good and beautiful seems like a lot and at times frustrating for me. But my daughter really likes it. So glad we have the opportunity to t try out many things to find what works and isn’t overwhelming. I really like gentle.
I used masterbooks k and supplemented with mathseeds. Moving on to good and beautiful 1 next. I would prefer a spiral bind and hope I get it. Been hearing they are switching to book bind?
We’ve made our own "boxes” for levels 1 - 3 so I think anything else we need I’m sure I can find. I didn’t put them in separate places for each level tho. I’m not sure what curriculum we will use for my daughter!!!
