How do you recharge your Energy?
Arcane energize
Not a single mention about dethcube with augment + helstrum. Just helstrum in general is overall good energy gain method if modded correctly, but pair it with dethcube and its augment from cemaris and it could act like a mini energize arcane without taking an arcane slot
Bloodletting, mostly.
Energy generator dethcube with helstrum+ archon stretch on volt/wisp/gyre or hunter adrenaline on health based frames. Necros just uses equilibrium for obvious reasons.

Don't forget primed flowed too.
One important thing to mention is: (Primed) Flow
While it doesn't give you energy, only increases your maximum pool. It is possibly the single most useful thing for keeping you able to cast stuff, letting you stock more energy for when you need it and lets you get multiple skill rotations out whereas without you'd only get one (or less if you have Blind Rage).
That's the beef i had with it. A lot of times with the energy economy, having the bigger pool is useless unless you're running stuff like Arcane energize, Zenurik or smt else. The thing is, energy economy is heavily reliant on energy coming in vs energy going out. It's like choosing a car that burns 6 L per 100km with a 30L tank or a car that burns 3 or even 2 L per 100km with 16L tank. By lowering your consumption it will never matter if your pool is 300 or 600 when even 200 energy is enough to cast your 4th ability at 25 to 30 energy cost. It's just way more value
If you use wisp make sure to put on Archon stretch with the motes because the electricity cause the passive to give you energy regain as long as enemys are hit with that mote it applies to any frame with this mod equiped (ofc you have a wisp player giving the motes)
or if your wisp specter decide to give the shock mote and not 6 health ones
Yeah that on top of the fact that it's a better stretch mod really beefs up Wisp's motes. I've found it's also great on Vauban
also another thing worth mentioning with equilibrium: having synth fiber on your companion mean you can ALWAYS take the red orbs if you have a specter with protea she'll pull out a dispensary if you're a 70 healt or energy or ammo very good if you have one of those weapons that got ammo nerf (kuva ogris/zarr my beloved)
EDIT: since companion update it is now longer ture equilibrium take orb if one of your 2 ressources (health or energy) aran't at max

I just want to mention the Death Cube and his augment Energy Generator, after he has assisted in 10 kills, he will give you an energy orb, give him the sweeper and vicious spread and he will give you a descent amount of energy, its also a very easy thing to get as a new player, since its the death cube, and the augment is from Cephalon Simaris.
You also have the Sahasa Kubrow that can dig things for you, he will prioritize things that you want, so if you are low on health, he will dig up health orbs, if you are low on ammo, he will dig up ammo for you, and in the case that you are low on energy, you will get energy orbs.
And one more thing that not neseserly give you more energy, but can save you a lot is the Arcane Steadfast, when you cast an ability, there is a 20% chance that the next 3 abilities are free (not applicable to channeled abilities, unfortunately), you get it from Demios for the crystal shards you get from Mirror Defence, its not as good as Energize, but on spam heavy frames, its close.
With the companion rewords coming around soon, its worth to check out the energy generating once, since they mainly didnt get used because they could die.

So from my personal experience, my go-to methods of energy regeneration have been using Nourish to buff regen abilities (like archon stretch on Volt, Styanax's Rally Point or just Wellspring) or running equilibrium with a Sentinel using Helstrum + Synth Deconstruct & Fiber, works especially well on frames with pull abilities like Zephyr and Yareli
Most of the time I use a mix of both because I always have a reserved slot in my builds for Equilibrium and don't bother to switch off from Zenurik, but after watching this video I'll look into using Emergence Dissipate more and finally using other focus schools XD
If you mention Equilibrium, you also cannot forget about Energizing Shot for secondary and Mending Shot for primaries. Both can 2.05x return on their respective orbs, which is again increased by Equilibrium 😊(edit: they must have patched this interaction. Equilibrium just converts the original orb amount, not the enhanced. Still a good tool though)
I was about to say that they don't work with Equilibrium. It'd be so fun!

zenurik keeps me high on energy with most frames, volt can also greatly use archon stretch which regenerates your energy when your abilities deal electric damage, literally perfect for discharge build. Dont forget to use his augment to be immortal

My alternative is a warframe with equilibrium and sentinels built with synth mods that has helstrum as the sentinel weapon, short ver. Equilibrium takes effect with the synth mods and helstrum with synth mod marks a decent amount of enemies when killed will drop health orbs that convert into energy
Duriga and his arc coil + bond mods and archon stretch works wonders, not to mention that grimoire is absolutely amazing now too
As a limbo main, I need to keep my energy up to do the funny perma stasis rift surge stuff, so this is really helpful, allows me to do it more times before I have to hunt for energy!
i would say archon stretch is actually pretty good in some situations, on frames with a lot of electric procs (like wisp) it gives you a nice passive energy gain, with nourish and a power strength build on wisp it gives around 6 energy per second which doesn't sound like much but being a constant refill is pretty good, it will keep your energy up enough by its self especially with frames which are not super energy hungry.
TLDR archon stretch is decent situationally, for when you have a lot of electric procs and really close to being sustainable.
Works with duriga and his arc coil too, when he primes with electricity it makes archon stretch charge you too
2 tauforged yellow shards tends to outscale energize over time (no cooldown or % chance to proc) especially in higher levels with higher enemy density, nourish obviously outscales either of them but takes helminth, dethcube with energy generator augment + helstrum (firestorm, terminal velocity & gas or electric) is like a mini dispensary following you around, zenurik if you don't use channeled abilities/don't need another school, equilibrium + synth deconstruct, equilibrium + lycaths hunt, of course good old arcane energize, all the usual options I'll consider when I need energy sustain, usually picking 2 potentially 3.
For efficiency I'll usually consider things like primed flow, primed continuity & range mods before actual efficiency mods since they can accomplish the same thing without getting in the way of other synergies or having enough raw ability strength.
I was going into this video thinking I'd already know most of what he was talking about, but man I had no idea that channeled abilities would halt regen over time.
you can also use dispensary alongside equilibrium to regenerate massive amounts of energy. energy orbs will give you 25 and the big health orbs will give you 100. also you get some ammo out of it.
Honestly, Spellbound Harvest is probably my favorite form of energy regen in the game - it's a multifaceted ability providing lots of utility, CC, and then augmented, self-sustain.
All it asks is that you actually use the CC part of the ability; I know most people tend to only use it for the status immunity (rightfully so), but the energy regen reward for using the CC part well feels hella good - AND it only costs 25 energy at base!
I like to add an Tau Forged Amber Archon Shard to my low energy frames. So I end up getting 125 energy for each energy orb. If you can pair it with Archon Stretch or Flow, depending on the frame, those energy orb drops become a whole lot more valuable.

My math must be wrong. How does one Tauforged Amber Archon Shard increase Energy Orbs to 125?
Sorry, meant to say they give you +75 energy. So a small energy orb gives you 100 energy and a large gives you 125 energy.
Amber archon shards do wonders. 2 of these plus synth fiber & equilibrium will have you sitting pretty.

Wow, nicely done! Very good video, i searched something in this theme. Speaking about, I'm very much excalibur umbra fan, and... Can you, please, suggest best ways on this frame to make him more tenacious? I'm trying some my builds to steal path(not just 100, but 1000 and higher levels), but i can't play much in game to have enough resourses to experiment very much... So, if you know some good features, can you, please, share them? I'll be very thankful. Thanks for this video again, it can help me in my way to powermax my favorites frames(including Umbra, which i thinked i made as maximum non-volatile as i could ^^)!
Last i checked, nourish works on all sources of energy, including the zenurik well.
My favorite method on channeled abilities is modding for cold damage and using archon flow
Archon Strech... huh, need to get that for my Vauban
Sharpshooter and Archon Stretch are for some very specific builds. Don't expect these to work with every frame. I suggest you slap condemn on something like Atlas or Oberon and make it work that way. Archon Stretch works well on my Volt, because I'm spamming long range long duration discharge on my enemies all the time. It doesn't do a ton of damage, because it's built to be more CC instead. Well, with this mod I can keep that CC going for a lot longer.
Amber shard with equilibrium is doing me well
Arcon stretch is nice if you have an electric ability on a frame you were going to put normal stretch on anyways. It's basically a free energy cost reduction on electric abilities.
definitely wouldn't treat it as a method of energy regen tho.
Very happy with this video, I've really been enjoying Gara and the, imo, very strong combo of her 1st 2nd and 4th abilities, now I can spam them even more! (I run with arcane energize and arcane steadfast)
Curious, is it possible to put a warframe-specific mod, like you spectrosiphon for gara, on other warframes, if they have the ability via helminth?

With all the range and duration that is built into Gara builds, you can plop down 3 and they all just run to the ability to get churned into energy with Spectrosiphon. On defense missions it's hilarious to keep scaling damage while enemies run to you to fuel the shatter storm.
Archon Stretch works wonders if you can put it on a build that already uses Stretch. Because Wisp's Shock Mote activates it, even if you're not Wisp. So ironically, it's better than you make it sound.
So im not sure if it was mentioned (if so i missed it) but the mod energy nexus is also usable (giving plus 3 energy per second at max) and i personally really like it. It does unfortunately take a normal mod slot but it still works wonders on quick builds and allowes you to scale fairly well into higher level content. (Obviously not the best but works well until you can get something better, or energy orbs are restricted)
I come from an ancient time where we had to farm Arcane Energize in Raids.
It was hard work.. but it paid off!

You forgot to mention that Sentinels abilities count as a warframe ability, so Archon Strech can work with Diriga Sentinel, that can be a good source of energy regeneration

As a returning player, seeing your vids is a key reminder for me that newer players might not know all the sources of energy regen available to them. And for some people to just outwardly suggest Arcane Energize without watching the full video, and without considering the context of all other players should probably step outside and touch some grass.

If you put archon flow on a warframe with exalted ability and put a cold mod on the exalted weapon it will count as ability kill so alot of energy. Its also a flat energy so infinite exalted

My favorite still is Fleeting Expertise + Zenurik
For me what has always worked amongst multiple frames is just high efficiency. 170 to 175 always allowed me to ditch primed flow on most frames AND in the worst case i could always slot in arcane dissipate for emergency energy. Never needed the overhyped Energize bullshit it or equilibrium, dispensary or other cope stuff.
The newly buffed Boreal's Hatred comes in very handy nowadays too because its buffed compared to how it was earlier. It now provides a 65% boost while redirection is at 100% while providing a 15% ab efficiency that u can easily pair with R5 Streamline and R2 Fleeting if u want to save some duration.
Overall, i found that maximizing the use of dropped energy and minimizing the costs of spells is the way to go. Specially now that Brief Respite and Augur set isn't all that useful for me currently. The only frame i run low efficiency on is Trinity for obvious reasons.
As soon as you start running max efficiency the right way, everything else will feel like a joke.
I recommend lycaths hunt from voruna on literally all characters with exalted melee, some with exalted guns. It makes getting health and energy WAY too easy and you will NEVER run out of energy as long as you can get kills which exalted weapons specialize in. The boat beneficial is valkyr, so she can be invincible for way longer and you get infinite duration so long as you're getting kills every now and then.
At the beginning when you said "Let's jump right into it", I had expected to hear "Let's bulletjump right into it" instead. LOL 😜

Archon Flow is one of the best for exalted weapon users. If you mod your exalted weapon for cold, all direct kills with it will have the chance to trigger Archon Flow's effect. Single-handedly solved my energy issues on Valkyr!

She was my 5th warframe and I haven't played anything else in months since she's so fun.
Don't sleep on archon stretch, it's a pretty decent regen for sustaining your flow though it's not going to be your main thing to regen stuff. That being said, goes stupid with nourish if you've got a good bit of strength for it
i can say titania skill on big range warframe is insane good even on base 50 energy and most player use 200% power or more
Another great mod that was added after this video came out is Energy Nexus. A warframe mod that gives 3 energy regen every second without doing anything. It's cheap to buy, cheap to upgrade and really easy to use.

I just used max rank 5 arcane energizer for any warframe that I like to spam abilities with for example ember prime Some frames I don’t consistently keep using the abilities so I use something else instead of arcane energizer and I know everyone plays differently but that how I play
Use protea give her equillibrium, flow, activate her s3 and watch the energy flow.
Equilibrium won't need the synth mods next week!

This is a plagiarized comment from reddit but i found it useful and related to the topic. : Archon shard energy effeciency is multiplicative.
"Incidentally, Zenurik's Energy Pulse is based on the energy you gain from an orb, so it's also multiplicative with amber shards.
And then since Nourish multiplies all energy gain, it actually double-dips by multiplying the orb's value, getting you a bigger Energy Pulse buff based on that value, and then also multiplying the energy you gain from that buff. "

As a Harrow main, I think that his third ability is the most op way to gain energy. With lots of efficiency and duration, you can regenerate a ton of energy per kill

I just go the opposite direction and use a max Fleeting Expertise with Arcane Energize, never run out.
I believe my highest cast is about 40, my lowest being 10, and Primed Continuity to offset the difference.
Narrow Minded would probably do better.
Emergence dissipate orb should really be on the ground.

Getting an Arcane Energize was the biggest upgrade I ever made to my account, it's expensive because that's what it is actually worth.
I use norish and in my opinion is the best option just because is more accessable also free. Not to mention the benefits for the norish relies on power strength that you are already doing sacrifice for efficiency. Some warframes with good enough power set are good for norish to have. Others you gotta play around with it but hey is either that or pay 2k on platimun for arcane energise. In my opinion overpriced because the amount of enemies that now you face at endgame it reaches on thousands. You will be more likely to have more energy drops than the effect cooldown from that said arcane.
Yeah, Nourish is really good, I agree ^^ Especially on Frames that go into Strength anyway ^^

For the Mods I'd say Shred > Sure Footed > Fury > Vigor and for the weapons it depends. Of you like the Orb fights then Zenith should be your No1 but the rest id up to personal preference 😉
Short answer: energize, zenuriik, nourish, rage, hunter adrenaline, energy pads, gara subsume. Play harrow, trinity or protea or nidus
Equilibrium I find only really useful on nekros or combat discipline.

Pro tip: do not spam 100x energy restore large crafting. Your resources will go poof pretty quickly
I have about 1.5k energy pads, cuz reasons XD and res are really easy to farm, esp with stell path ocatavia (almost)afk steel essence farm:D
Equilibrium is usefull in all warframes, you just need synth fiber

Haven’t played Warframe since the Fortuna update, and I’m still waiting for cross save so I can finally play on pc. Is it worth to restart a new acc or just keep waiting?
Definitely keep waiting. Cross Save is anounced to happen this year. So you're almost there ^^

Rally point + nourish.
With enough ps you can regenerate up to 50 energy/s combo This with efficiency and it kinda works well for you and your teammates
You should make a guide on how to not burn out after grinding for several weeks straight, that'd help me a ton.

How is Energize best? Naurish will give ton of energy from 1 orb without wasting arcane slot and most frames have at least 1 useless ability to replace. And you get Viral as bonus.
My personal strategy for never running out of energy is playing Lavos and Hildryn.

Also it should be mentioned that energy siphon used to be a staple in warframe, now it's mostly trash since there are other ways to regen energy (such as using schools if you are newer which is A LOT better) and due to facing higher level content now, you're pretty much going to want your corrosive aura on because even corpus has some enemies that have armor though, not many. You also have to remember that corpus in general are weak, they just annoy you with their abilities.

My go-to is 5 amber shards with dispenser.
5 amber shards = +250% or 300% total efficiency on energy orbs. That makes a small energy orb which only gives 25 energy to give 75, and the bigger orb which gives 50 to give 150.
With 5 Tauforged its +375% or 425% total efficiency.
Haha yeah sure, if you go all the way into Amber Shards like this then Arcane Energize is really not needed :😀

But 5 amber is best since that works for almost every frame basically.
Forever PK mesa and invincible Nyx are very powerful.
Got my Vauban with 5 tauforged with dispenser so I can spam vortex with the augment mod. The augment basically allows for max ranged vortex with a wopping 232 seconds (almost 6 minutes). Only problem with this build is the number of vortex spammed to build up the duration ends up requiring a lot of energy, which dispenser and 5 amber fixes.
Turns intercept missions for like archon hunts (ones that has you incept a number of times) into almost AFK missions (of course eximus ruins the party).

Sorry but are we just gonna ignore archon flow? It's surprisingly adaptive since everyone needs flow (with few exceptions) and exalted abilites that you have the ability to give cold damage do wonders with this and even more so with archane energize even at rank 0. It is a niche way to assist energy I realise but having used it on Frost it can be significant. You can get 150 energy from one orb sometimes.
