- Cracking few hrs Fishing on Town Quay although the drizzle was a pain....more for filming than anything else it was ok
The wind never got up to the forecast so that was a bonus and it makes a change starting in the dark and becoming light.....
The Trident Startright Rigs once again performed brilliantly even dragging them up over the chanel you just don't get any nicks or cuts in the body....massive bonus.....
As to be expected the usual suspects were about but no dogs which is unusual......
I really thought I had a Dogfish bite going on only to be shocked by a monster pout of 1lb 13oz.....bonus fish !!!
Oh and a friendly seagull decided it wanted to say hello and flew straight into my line.....it did behave it self so I could get the line from It 🤣🤣

Eazy dobbo you ok pal, well done on saving the seagull. He did play ball to help, ive seen them go mental in defense mode. Good news with trident, ive used there bits for 4 years now. Can't nock it fir price. All the best from GRIMSBY

Hi, I was down there at around midday today, didn't catch anything just had a few worms left. A young security was doing his patrols and dropped by for a chat, and he was saying that you were not allowed to fish on town quay but they don't down move anybody on. I can understand over on the redjet side as there is signs but was news to me for whole of the pier.

I know and that's purely because of the drizzle making it hard work to film so tried to keep the lense facing downwards but I do appreciate all comments feedback is good 😀😀😀
