- In this video I am showing you our new Blue Willow chinoiserie china found at a recent amazing estate sale! We scored big at this estate sale. I had enough to put together a beautiful thanksgiving table for 12 using this vintage blue and white china. The china consists of Churchill and Johnson Brothers. I also add some other blue and white chinoiserie pieces to complete our Thanksgiving Fall tablesetting. Blue and white is so classic and goes with any seasonal look anytime of year. We hope this gives you some ideas on your own elegant Thanksgiving fall table. That platter is so pretty! I had a whole set of Churchill Willow and gave it to my daughter-in- law, so they got a divorce, so bye-bye dishes.

Jeff, my friend, I love your handyman measuring tip with a napkin & 2 fingers!
Using human based units of measurements (anthropometric units) was used by the ancient Greeks, Romans, and Mesopotamians. Just about anything will work as a guide!!
You created a beautiful centerpiece. Suddenly I like cornucopias, a bounty full of fall colored fruits. The basic structure is easy for the eye to take in; letting the 3 centerpieces run the show, softening them with flowers and keeping things low in height. The wine bottles were perfectly placed, working them into the centerpiece as part of the design. You have a creative eye that considers space, line, and form.
Chinoiserie is so popular nowadays, and Willow is such a classic and beautiful print. Your teapots are adorable!
I remember mom getting Wexford inside oatmeal boxes, and redeeming S&H green stamps for B&W and G&W chinoiserie. 😊😊 What was that stuff? Now we're paying an arm and a leg for it. The good old days!

Hi ya Jeff . You know I love it , beautiful . I found 2 teapot stands in the willow pattern in a second-hand store a few years ago they aren't Churchill but they match . I also found a few tiles in it to . I've turned them into teapot stands and one windmill tile which hangs on my wall over the stove now . We don't have Thanksgiving here but my cousin in New Orleans now celebrates it her hubby is from USA . You always do a lovely table . Anyone would be so honoured to sit at your table . very nice..! I too am using my blue Spode this year for Thanksgiving and the center plate will be my creamy colored ironstone. I have a silver tray to collect dishes off the table after we're seated I'll remove the ironstone and coffee cups to set aside to serve the dessert on. I just like the way it looks together. You gave me a couple of tips to spin off on for accessories..I like the cream color rustic look of the turkey center piece. You are always so fun to watch putting a table together. the mrs. widow of bigjacdaddy

I missed the turkey coffee pot. It is absolutely beautiful. It looks like a Fitz and Floyd piece. Beautiful. I always love this music.
