I'm not very familiar with Big Jay but compared to even my favorite comics as guests, truly a standout with his wit, interaction and really keeping the show flowing. I can't think of another comic that has done the same. I hope to see him back soon and I promise to check out his other stuff.

This episode was unfathomably better than the previous mothership episodes, absolutely hilarious. Concave chests, lot's of retard jokes, Jay giving his motivational speech, Aphex twin joke,Ari crying laughing. Feels like the energy was back on track this episode let's gooooooo

How do you not love Martin? Solid jokes, quick wit off the cuff, too. You could minus all sympathy and he'd be hilarious. His story being punched in the face, choked and robbed goes to show how cowardly such people are, and yet Martin can kill, on the spot, about the experience. That's a true comedian.
Ari's genuine delight with Williams set made my heart smile.
I guess all that coke and sex is draining Hans of his ability to be funny, for the minute. He's been getting worse, maybe he's on the downslide of addiction (a common comedian problem)
combo of things, i saw him about a year ago when he was on the road and it's fair to say i knew like 70/75 jokes. he seemed kinda burnt out with it and was not excited to be there. A week or two later they called him out on the show for slacking and that was the first time. you're right he hit a point with writing, but it's expected of anyone. comedy is one of those devilish jobs where the experiences and sins of the environment are both a blessing and a burden -- to be brief.
