    i just listened to this on repeat for about 3 hours on 75% volume through my headphones as I played minecraft, and i looked at my results, and my biceps already got bigger.

    I don't think the tone itself will actually shape shift your own body, in reality it will just put you in the right mind frame and motivation work out more, puts your brainwaves to that desired frequency.

    Played once while working its relaxing helps drown out the drone of all the diesel engines is it normal to feel warming in the hands while listening

    Do you really think if you only listen to this without any exercises something will happen? This will only increase your results with 1% and not because of the music, but because of the believe that it will do something .. actually this wont help at all ..

      Ras Vop don't speak about what you know nothing about. some who know can give you an answer, but we let others discover, and be blessed by prevailing and effort, just as we did. Not limiting to the crowd thought. books are always replaced with new knowledge in time. that's all I'll give.
