    guy dresses like he just came from a meeting, then proceeds to do a burnout in a turbodiesel....

    Write to pm))Will make remapping for you and with this turbo setup and oem pump you will have ~335hp without any limp modes and shaking that you have using "evrymod".

    You running that on the stock trans? 722.608 I heard that it couldn’t handle passed 250whp?? Hoping to get a w230 soon and wondering how much I could make without breaking the trans

    • @dieselgaint
      @dieselgaint  Рік тому +2

      Yes stock trans. It's been holding up fine. Only mod to it is blue top amg solenoids. Definitely helps shift firmer.

    I want to dyno my om606, where can we attach the tach lead to. Is there a wire under the hood i can use.

    • @dieselgaint
      @dieselgaint  Рік тому

      Unfortunately, there's no wire to hook onto for tach signal. There are adapters that clamp onto an injector line that convert pluse into an electrical pulse the dyno can use. The dyno guys I use calibrate the dyno drum speed vs engine rpm and it's pretty accurate.

    Did you weld your diff? whats the point of the avery mod if you have a tune already?

    • @dieselgaint
      @dieselgaint  Рік тому +1

      No welded diff. It's been really good at spinning both tires idk why. Evry mod still works even with a tune. More smoke when I want it.

    Is there no risk of damage to am om606 with an evry mod? I've always heard about them causing catastrophic failure on 1.9 tdi's. I have a stock egr deleted om606 that i kinda wanna evry mod, idk if its worth the risk. Also it's stock now but one day will be pulled out and mechanical IP swapped and put into my truck

    • @dieselgaint
      @dieselgaint  4 місяці тому

      Well worth it imo. The 606 edc pump operates way different from the rotory pumps in tdi. Basically it tricks the ecm to move the fuel rack further and faster then stock. That's all.

      @@dieselgaint So it will also give less of that drive by wire "lag"? Because that is something that I hate but didn't wanna pay for one of those things that make it linear like a cable throttle

    • @dieselgaint
      @dieselgaint  4 місяці тому

      Yeah pretty much. I have mine on a rotary potentiometer so I can dial in how much power I'm wanting or just turn it off completely. The higher I turn at the touchier the throttle gets

    • @warren9962
      @warren9962 4 місяці тому

      @@dieselgaint Ah ok yea I've seen it with the rotary potentiometer before. Do you have any recommended sources for explaining how to do it? Like a video on here or a write-up on some forum?

    • @dieselgaint

      It had a resonator in middle. Other wise straight piped.

    Mate get dsl1 and forget about evrymod. its huge difference with 0 smoke if u tune well. Remaping and stuf are imo pointless

    • @dieselgaint
      @dieselgaint  2 роки тому +1

      Does the dsl1 work well with the rest of the w210 electronics? I'd like to keep the auto and cruise control.

    • @trevork1994
      @trevork1994 2 роки тому +2

      @@dieselgaint yes it works. Cruise works and transmission works almost perfect too. You can change how soft/hard it shifts etc. Baldur (dsl1 maker) is very helpful and helps a lot. I dont know anything which has stopped working since!

      @Canhead56 Рік тому +1

      Can you still do the evrymod with the dsl1? I'd like to be able to smoke up for when having fun and run it clean when going about my day.

      @trevork1994 Рік тому +1

      @@Canhead56 yes its possible, you can do multiple fuel maps, one for fooling around, one lets say for dragrace and one for every day driving. I have to say evrymod isnt good for your engine :D

      @Canhead56 Рік тому +1

      @@trevork1994 lol how hard is it to switch between those? It's not like a flick of a switch or a press of a button is it? Also, is evrymod only bad for your engine because of the over fueling or is there something else going on?
