Για μένα είναι το καλύτερο τραγούδι στον κόσμο. Κάθε φορά που το ακούω δακρύζω. Δεν έχω λόγια να περιγράψω το πως με κάνουν να αισθάνομαι οι κιθάρες, η μελωδία, η φωνάρα του Barlow. Τα πάντα είναι τέλεια. Ύμνος απλά. Και το live μακράν καλύτερο από το studio.

Είναι αλήθεια ότι κάποια live είναι καλύτερες εκτελέσεις κι από το στούντιο. Πάρε παράδειγμα το παρόν κομμάτι και κάμποσα από τη συναυλία, το Fear of the Dark στο Donington, το Sign of the cross κλπ.
My fellow Greeks, you´ve done an amazing job, singing with Barlow from the very beginning till the end!

@@shure81 when they came to my country (I m Greek) we literally as a crowd make sure that the place they gave us that great live needs reconstruction after, I remember as a kid to be in the last lines with my father and saw the front lines and my father said to me "Son this place tomorrow will be in need of reconstruction"

Schaeffer and Barlow are the best
His last "why wont you let me die" thrills me to the bones! How freakin high up his voice reaches! Unreal!!!
F#5. The studio one is higher though, G#5. But he can sing higher, he sang A5 on the same night in Blessed are you so I'm not sure why he avoids to hit the original note when he actually can hit it.

@@ostrogothiccyoutube8118 I'm a singer, I understand it's hard to hit a note at the end of your range after a full set and after days of touring/singing, but that note is the staple of the song in my opinion. I would try to hit it all the time if I can, and maybe sacrifice other songs if needed. From what I see on live performances, there is only one time he hits it, other times he hits lower notes. I don't know why he would struggle with this one when he has too good of a control of his voice to not be able to sing it every time.

I have always been a fan of studio version of most songs, but this one blows it. Studio is ok, but this is amazing. Wish I was there!

Και στο Σπόρτινγκ που είχαν έρθει για το horrorshow ήταν τούμπανα
Το καλύτερο ήταν το πρώτο live την ίδια σεζόν(ημερολογιακά προηγούμενη χρονιά) με Nevermore.. Εκεί τα έδωσαν όλα όλοι, κόσμος και Iced Earth, 3 encores (!!!!) που δεν είχε ξαναγίνει ποτέ.. Στο Ρόδον τότε.. Και εκείνο το απίστευτο live τους έψησε να ξαναέρθουν αργότερα και να ηχογραφήσουν το Alive in Athens..

He only made one (two depending on how you define 'this period') album with Iced Earth after this period. His vocals are still incredible nowadays in his own band Ashes of Ares.
