The bunny isn't enjoying it very much :/ the bunny is actually attacking the leaves as if it were an enemy. you can tell by the bunnies body position (ears down, tail up, and growling) and how the bunny actually tries to run away from the leaves before they are thrown.

A lot of people don't realise that rabbits love to play & interact with you. Too many people buy a rabbit then just leave it in a hutch & throw some food at it once a day,its soo sad. Please don't buy a rabbit unless you can give it all the love & attention it needs & don't leave it alone in a hutch to live a miserable life.

I agree with you they are lovely pets and my favourite animal. I would own two and take them everywhere with me. It makes me angry when people neglect there pets!
I thought that because they couldn't really be trained like cats or dogs, and they're easily scared and fast as hell, that it's hard to "play" with them and interact with them.
I have 10 bunnies. I play with them all the time! We give them excersise about 2 times a week. But they live in a little pen

How they gonna let their bunny eat a dorito though? I remember when I turned my head for a second and turned back to find my bunny almost eating one of my chips(fries). I yelled out the longest Darth Vader _"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"_ And snatched that shit right outta her mouth. Phew, so close!!

Ours snaffled a bacon and egg sandwich my Mum dropped. Our bacon sandwiches were never safe again. Another time I found her one morning on the dining table nose deep in a vegetable curry my brother hadn't finished. She thought she was one of us and if we ate something it was safe for her.

I’m a first time bunny mom and it’s been a couple months since I’ve had her and she’s my EVERYTHING! Not only is she my Emotional Support Animal but she’s like my own child. She is super spoiled and I couldn’t ask for any better. Watching these videos just makes my day 😍💜

Rabbits require a lot of attention regardless, each one has its own personality and temperament and because they're a prey species it takes some time to gain their trust and affection. But when you do they are one of the farthest things from distant. They're very affectionate and loving animals, and if they want to be left alone they will let you know, believe me. They are very social animals and have all manner of ways of communicating with each other and their humans. From the way they lay, to the position of their ears and twitching speed of their nose.
there is also an enormous amount of clean-up and care. I am fostering for the first time, and I admit, I was not prepared for the constant litter box cleaning and sweeping and poops all over. lol They are sooo fun to watch, tho. and definitely quirky!
@@jeannieelliott9703 if you can litter box train, that helps a lot! Mind pretty much mostly poops in the litter box. Just make sure one is nearby, always. When they are in heat (I have a female) when she was first hitting puberty, she was really bad pooping and peeing outside the litter box. She still likes to pee on, say, a box full of scarves in the closet, but if that's not accessible, she'll use the litter box pretty much strictly. That being said, she likes to pee on my bed. But I moved recently, so she doesn't have access to my bed any more. Good, but also sad, bc I don't get to sleep near her anymore.
@@laughoutgoudo1084 might need a friend of its own species. Obviously both need to be spayed/neutered and it's a task to get them bonded but they are more active in pairs/groups. Also rabbits sleep during the day and are most active in the early hours and evenings.
My bunny Bobby hates being kissed by me.He pushes me away while Billy allows me to kiss him as long as I give him Massage.

Bunnies reach their greatest potential as pets when you let them share your living space. My two babies are free roam and just watching them jump and run around like they're crazy gives me so much joy. Oh and cardbord boxes > toys you spend money on 😄

I used two have a bunny but he passed away and I wanted a pet so prended to run away at first it did not work but it did so try that lol
I took care of this bunny once until he got a real home. I miss him so much☹☹ he was my little buddy.
I've got a little rabbit for a year now and she is the best ! She loves to cuddle, when I open her cage in the morning she follows me to the kitchen and wait until I finish preparing my breakfast. She is very playful and together with my boyfriend we spend a lot of time with her, playing, cuddling, sometimes taking a nap. She reacts on her name and she's always so happy to see me. And just like the rabbit on the video she loves all the unhealthy snacks like crisps, chips, popcorn etc. and always tries to steal some from me. She is the best and I love her so much I cannot imagine my day without her.

That's cause bunnies been kept in small cages, they dont belong into cages, they can been litter trained and been free roamed which makes them show, how amazing they really are.😊

To be fair, the presence of a cage itself doesn’t necessarily mean that’s where the bunny lives, it’s possible it’s just a small space the bunny can feel safe, as long as the bunny isnt locked in the cage. And the point about water bottles doesn’t necessarily stand as I’ve seen some rare cases where bunnies refuse to drink from a bowl of water and opt for the water bottle.
Fun fact the 2 buns jumping about is a mating ritual the male will “dance” for the female by hopping and jumping about and if she does it back that means she had accepted him 😊

I don't think any of these rabbits were really harmed in the making of these videos. People could see ANYTHING as abuse. Heck, one could see petting a rabbit or bottle feeding a rabbit abuse.

Yes, that's true, those things are ridiculous, but there are some limitations on what you should do.
For example, some people bathe their rabbits normally when they should NOT do this. This can cause hypothermia or shock which can lead to a heart attack. And many people respond with this saying, "I bathe my rabbit all the time and (s)he is just fine!"
In actuality, that is just like feeding your dog chocolate. If they don't happen to die while accidentally being fed chocolate or stumbling across it, that does not mean you should continue feeding your dog chocolate.
So instead of bathing your rabbit, you should dab around the area you want to clean with a damp towel. And, of course, there will always be possibility of absolutely needing to bathe your rabbit, such as a medical emergency, but in this case you should contact a vet. If nothing else can be done, do what you have to do, and know your risks.
Same with the Dorito. Rabbits have a different digestive system than humans, and should only stick to healthy foods that will keep their system flowing. If a rabbit digests a Dorito, it can have a tummy ache and stop eating, causing them to starve. They cannot vomit as they do not have a gag reflex either, so they're not willingly able to hack out the Dorito if they need to. And, to add along to it, Doritos are very unhealthy even for humans, so you should most definitely not give your rabbit a Dorito, even if they're "fine when they eat it".

Please don't keep rabbits outside in hutches! Go to the house rabbit society website if you're planning on getting a bunny or already have one. Do the research it's so worth it. When I got my bunny he ignored me and lived in a hutch but now that he lives inside he's the sweetest creature and has such a personality.

actually rabbits were genetically made to be bred for outside living until scientists decided to change up a rabbits genetic they have no problem regulating their body temperature actually my rabbit loves the snow he loves to get the balls of snow and stick it under his belly or pop it in his mouth and eat it so I find that actually false completely. and ive had rabbits birds wild animals cats dogs for decades so ik wat im talking about 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

This reminds me of when I used to work at the Animal Rescue League. After I finished my work they would let me get in the bunny pens and sit down with the bunnies and let them get in my lap and play with them.

Oh yeah, before I went to the hospital at some point I saw two bunnies playing with each other in our backyard
i miss my first rabbit so much she was a purebred french angora absolutely gorgeous i researched for almost a year before getting her everything from basic care to filing threw to the perfect breeder. she was the sweetest thing absolutely loved attention if have her outside in a harness (never unsupervised) but whenever someone walked by she'd go running to them like a dog sniff them accept a few pets than continue on with whatever she was doing. But she was definitely a handful dont get me wrong not an animal for a small child. i dont have carpet but i had rugs i threw out after she passed away. the only thing i didn't know was how easily transmitable feline respitory illness are to bunnies. she came in contact with a stray kitten threw a screen door and died less than a week later after i rushed her to a veteran hospital

Just because your rabbit isn't dead doesn't mean it is "going strong", you fucking lunatic. Doritos are bad for people, let alone small animals.
Randomness Cats You're over-reacting. One Dorrito won't kill an otherwise healthy rabbit. Won't do them much good but you seem to think they'll die from a stiff breeze. Just get them some water and they'll be fine.
actually one dorrito could kill a rabbit if it leads to an upset stomach. rabbits don't have a way to naturally get rid of gas so they just bloat, stop eating, and die.

i just build a big bunny play house and the only thing they do with it is laying underneath it

Chewing is perfectly normal for them, just make sure they don't ingest anything unhealthy for them like the bed foam. It's what they call shredding. My bun acts like a paper shredder most of the time. I don't even have to throw anything anymore.
Its so marvellous that all animals, including rabbits have different personalities just like humans.

Did you see the second clips cage! That’s too small for that sized bunny, bunnies aren’t even suppose to have cages. Please make your rabbit free romed , if you have a dog you can have a cage but at least make it big!

@@dimitardimitrov6478 actually, they’re right. That cage is too small. They need bigger spaces and it’s ideal to keep them in x-pens or free roam. I’m guessing you don’t even have a rabbit.

We have three adults, two young (only just weened), and four Itty bitty babies. We love all nine of our beautiful buns! Both of our dogs love to play with them.
These bunnies are so adorable! I am happy that their owners care about them,but please dont give bunnies doritos or any kind of chips because it's not good for their health you dont want to get your bunny ill,no one wants their bunny ill. :)
And also don't keep bunnies in cages, they don't need them and they are bad for them.
