- The plaintiff says the defendants are the biological parents of her two adopted daughters. She claims one of the defendants was a heroin addict who was in and out of jail. She’s suing them for breach of contract. The co-defendant admits she was an addict, but she claims the two adopted girls are jealous of their two other children. They deny owing anything.

The defendant doesn't know the difference between jealousy and resentment. Your daughter resents you because you're a drug addict and deadbeat not because you raised your other kids. She's probably upset for them too.
No she probably jealous too because as a person who adopted and my mother would have had another kid and I wasn't in my mother's care I will be jealous cuz what do those kids have why didn't why wasn't that you was able to get some and keep them and raise them and not me so resentment and jealousy would be there

The mom was despicable in her court presentation, but that dad has to be a piece of work too. BOTH of them signed the rights to their kids away. Glad the kids were able to experience a better quality of life and didn't stay in foster care for a long time.

I don’t feel Dad is despicable. I feel that he is mild mannered and probably just wanted a better opportunity for his kids that he knew he was incapable of providing.

I know somebody who does hate her own child. My aunt kind of her mom said she don’t like her and called her a little b word when she was 1. My grandma raised her since she was 1. She is 9 now, I asked her mom who talks about a toddler or a child like that. My grandma still tried to let her be there. She lied and said she would get her something for Christmas but didn’t. She got mad when my grandma have a savings account for her. When my grandma give her allowance she smart enough to save her money and now she has 3000 in her savings account. So her mom said she not giving her s***.

I haven’t even finished the video but her calling her daughter jealous just irritated me. My mom has been on drugs my entire life (I’m 41), she never raised me and 3 of my other siblings. The 4 kids she did raise struggle the most.

I let my daughter's birth parents remain in her life, and it was the WORST mistake I made in parenting her. It caused her so much pain and turmoil. If I could do it all over again, I would have never let them be involved with her. Letting the birth parents be involved does God for some children, depending on the circumstances, but for others, not only does it cause trauma, but it interferes with what YOU'RE teaching your child. 1000% WOULD NOT recommend!!!
As deeply as this hurts me to say. We adopted our grandsons however, my granddaughter went to a freind of our family's (so I thought) . There was conflict from the start with the wife.
I really had a difficult time seeing the boys separated however, my husband felt it was too much for me.
Having my granddaughter adopted from a non-family member was heart wrenching. I don't blame the adoptive parents. I just wished I, would have been a better role model for my daughter who, did very, very well until she met the wrong person right after her divorce.
The day of the adoption my mother told me to bow out of the newly apotive parents. I sincerely wish I had of heeded that advice the circumstances of dealing with them ( and they are good people) was incredibly difficult. So, I do agree. It's hard enough to raise children and even though ..I thought it would be beneficial for the boys, it wasn't. It does take a village to raise a child but, the tribe must have same type of vibe. I'm grateful for what they tried to do. When my granddaughter was 14 they dropped my granddaughter off at our home. She's now an adult and has a close relationship with her mother (my daughter). But, even that rare. I really tried to my best with what I knew at the time.

With the other kids that she claim she giving a better life to, look like the adoptive parent is taking care her whole family! Get your life together mam be Thankful that the Adoptive parent open her heart, home, and aloud you to be in contact with your kids that she raised while you were out getting high and having more kids.

I know FIRST HAND that having a drug addict as parents is the most hardest/difficult and hurtful experience as all. My Mom walked out on me was I was 15. I had to work/steal to survive. (CORRECTION I CHOSE TO STEAL) AND commit ALOT of other illegal crimes to pay rent for an apt that my highschool teacher purchased for me. One thing for certain no matter how old you get THE CHILD IN YOU STILL WANTS AND NEEDA HER MOTHER
You had to survive.. sis my parents died because of drugs. I was a big time gang banger.. and drug dealer.. it’s our survival.. no need to be ashamed.. we got this
For the kids.. that was raised by or taken away from drug addicts.. (like myself) we will heal.. we will persevere.. They decisions do not dictate our life.. I know we suffer from the trauma from they mistakes… But we will be better parents. We will be better people.. We will break those generational curses!!

I've never understood this. Please be grateful for the people who choose to adopt your child or children (and give them good lives). This reminds me of my aunt who adopted my cousin from birth but made the mistake of allowing my cousin contact as a young child onward with her birth mother, who was bitter, ungrateful and jealous that her daughter was thriving in my aunt's care.
This led to my cousin's birth mother negatively influencing my adopted cousin, which led to many false and unfounded CPS reports - all because of the choice the birth mother made. This turmoil and chaos caused my cousin to completely change for the worse (drugs, prostitution, petty crime, etc.) and continues as such. And guess who my cousin ran back to when her birth mother abandoned her again when she tried to connect with her as an adult? My aunt and uncle who raised her!
These birth parents/defendants come across supremely entitled, ungrateful, bitter that this woman essentially raised their children. Be grateful your kids got a good adoptive parent, yeesh.
