Excellent recipe sir, I have some doubts. Plzz clear my doubt as soon as possible as I want to prepare this sweet for Diwali guests. First doubt is, what is the shelf life of this sweet both with and without fridge?? If we don't have butter paper plus if we don't want to use the polyethylene for setting the katli dough, what are the other alternatives for it?? Can we set up the dough in stainless steel plate greased with ghee???
