My heart goes out to all those orphans. There are some husbands that hide things from their wives BUT I don’t believe Erica, something is off and her demeanor is not helping at all. It’s like she wants to get out unscathed. She’s thinking of herself and not those poor victims.

My heart goes out to Erika because she can't say anything right now and people are relegating her to display emotions for something that had nothing to do with her but her estranged husband. she is not a lawyer, she is a wife to a lawyer who now has this dark cloud over him. rich people open bank accounts and entities for their wives and children all the time because a lot of them have an insecure complex about financial movements and most of them use those entities to hide money. but overall, I just feel for her because she seriously cannot say or do anything. it's like her hands are tied to her back and she is being forced to cook dinner while people are calling her an incapable cook.

I live in the UK and Brandi appeared on our Celebrity Big Brother - she spread rumours that weren’t true and basically stirred the pot by saying other people had said certain things, and they didn’t. You can see her creepily smile to herself when she gets the reaction she wants.

you cannot really compare these 2 situations. The situation with Denisse was some personal thing, which was really no one's business but it didn't involve other people's wellbeing or put them in harm. The situation with Erika is not some drama amongst their friends circle, it is a criminal case where police and FBI are involved and people from terminal illnesses and injuries have been stolen from, and countless of people in different bad situations have been taken advantage of. In my opinion, this sort of topic shouldn't even be on allowed to be mention on such a TV-show. Them speculating and talking about this while drinking wine and eating cookies is like throwing sh1t into the victims faces.
Every time Erika speaks, all I can think about is how many people Erika thinks she is fooling with this act of hers.

Now this is what I don’t understand just over a couple months ago when this incident first came out Andy Cohen and Kyle admitted that Bethany told them a couple years back that they’re having financial problems. Now won’t Kyle go to her girlfriend and ask hey I’m hearing things and is everything OK. And I’m sure Erica even if she didn’t know about Tom‘s financial problems upon hearing that I’m sure she would want to investigate for herself to find out if there’s something going on I mean come on some of these lawsuits go back to 2017 so you mean you don’t know your spouse is being sued. And according to Bethany he everyone knew since 2017/18. Sutton had every right to consult a lawyer because when she heard that Erika left Tom she offered Erika money. It was filmed when she offered her the money but bravo chose not to show it. She could be subpoenaed because she offered Erika that money.

Her story has been massively inconsistent throughout the season - there is a great reddit thread that breaks down all of her inconsistencies. Very interesting read and now Rinna is implicated... Sutton had every right to consult a lawyer. & Garcelle being honest with her view and asking the right questions!

Plus, Rinna has fiercely defended Erika at every possible opportunity so Ronald Richards (lawyer) wants to question Rinna under oath to see what she knows. There was also a rumour that Erika put money into Rinna Beauty but I don’t know if that’s been confirmed.

This is Erika’s chance, given to her by bravo, to get a narrative out there and make herself look like a victim for any future jury trial. That’s what’s going on here with her still being on the show.
EJ Global ran at a loss every year, some years as high as 3 million in losses. She was given around 2 million a year by GK, a law firm. EJ global had been audited because of the dodgy accounts. Tom Girardi had been found guilty of misconduct in 2010. Clients have been trying to sue him for unpaid judgements since before he met Erika. None of what’s being revealed is a surprise for Erika. None of it.
Currently Erika continues to fight to keep jewellery and assets she now knows was paid for with victims money. She continues to wear things that could be sold to help victims. She is even trying to take money from the burns victim when he has a judgement for the house proceeds.
Erika is an immoral liar.
We all know where the money is. Erika apologize, try to sell whatever expensive gifts Tom gave to you to rapair at least some of the victims...

Ma’am he was in his 70s and still working full time, you knew damn well that his health was declining which meant he was probably taking on too many risks. Yet you still let him continue because as you said at the time “he enjoys working although it is stressful at times”. The bottom line is this: it's EVIDENTLY CLEAR that Tom was using the money from the trusted accounts of his clients to pay for her and her business's expense. She and her entertainment LLC have absolutely NO right to use that money, knowingly or not. If it was Tom's personal money, then's it's a different story. But it's not. So at the end of the day, whether she knows about it or not, she has the financial obligation to RETURN those $25 mil that Tom embezzled from the firm to her. The fact that up until this very second as we are speaking, she is STILL trying every possible way at claiming that SOME of those $25 mil belong to her speaks volumes about her lacks of empathy for the victims and her entitlement. She doesn't have it today? Fine, then work that Dollar-tree version of your Lady Gaga wannabe pop career to pay it back until you return all of that $25 mil you owned to the firm and the victims. Sell ALL of your properties that you have in your hand- because you are, by a definition, a debtor.

I remember how much I used to like her during her earlier seasons, she was my favorite. It wasn't until she started bullying Teddy for no reason that I slowly lost respect for her and then the thing with Denise happened last season which I thought was the furthest she could go and now watching this season it makes we realize how fooled I was by her when she first came on the show. It took her a while but her true colors would come out eventually.

You know what, I don't think that her cold way of behaving is an act and I also don't think she has to do that because of her lawyers. I even don't think that she really does not care for the victims. It looks to me that she has a really BIG defence mechanism of keeping everything away from her so it doesn't hurt. There is probably so much pain and brokenness under that mask. Maybe from an abusive marriage (what she tells does not sound good), maybe from being neglected as a child (we heard bits and pieces about that) we don't know.. But I do think everyone is too fast with their judgement. I agree that she has so much money and is a bit out of touch with the reality of most people, but all I see is a defence mechanism and those are most of the time there for a reason.. (the reason being hurt and pain)
